Didn’t really do a good job and the lady was very rude

Very poor job on my nails. They are crooked and they used old, chunky polish instead of a new bottle. She didn't file the tops and they were jagged and I had to file them myself when I got home. First and last time I go there.

I will never go back to this nail salon either. They nickel and dime you to purchase more services. They don’t listen to what services you ask for/ very unprofessional!!!

I will never go back to this nail salon. Their acrylic doesn't last, my wedding nails were horrible and recently I sat and waited for 45 min just so the lady could say she had to leave to get food for her son.. really? No more of my money.

Been using for a year. Usually same girl. I picked the $35 option and pointed to it and was charged $45...I figured if this ever happened again I would not be back...Well it happened again... then I did not have enough cash to leave my normal $10 tip she refused to take credit card for tip...she told me to go find tip in my car and come back.And I did! While they do a good job on nails I would not ever go without showing CASH and saying this is all I have or pay on credit card and if they refuse to take tip on credit card then so be it. I should have gotten into my car and drive away, not rooted for cash. Problem solved.

I will NEVER come again! I could go on and on as to what is wrong with place. Dirty, old, musty, not friendly, don't listen, sloppy job, pushy. Theres plenty of other options in the area who will be getting my business and frankly should get yours too. They “clean” with plain water and dry hand towel. They dont make your nails look even or trim them. The massage chairs dont work and are falling apart. There was random tuffs of hair or fuzzy things in my water and an issue was made when i asked for new water. Overall unclean smell to the place. People arent gentle and kept squeezing and pushing my legs/feet around. Very pushy for a “special” pedi and nothing out of ordinary with it. My old place before i moved did more stuff in their basic plan than this place.

You can tell they keep cleaning to a minimum. Gunk and filth everywhere. Don’t clean in between clients. I got a full set with gel and she skipped a lot of steps with filing and it shows. No buffing bc she didn’t use base coat. Very bulgy, thick and uneven width. She was too worried about her phone in between each finger. When I told her you can see where she didn’t file on the side of the nail bed her response was next time do white acrylic. Okay, so why didn’t you say that ? I only see “dipping powder” which I don’t want. No cuticle oil at all. Pedicure was barely that. And was done after my full set so I had to wait extra time for them to dry. She turned the water on and walked away and another worker came over and had to shut it off bc it was about to overflow. Also, HER NOSE WAS RUNNING WITH NO MASK ON ! I know she was trying but come on. I hope I don’t get sick as a result. And not to mention I got white gel on my nails and regular white polish on my toes. TWO DIFFERENT SHADES OF WHITE! When I said it to them they chuckled so I paid and left.I haven’t lived in York for over 10 years and this was where I always used to come. Not coming back. All my nails look okay from a distance but when you look up close you can see how sloppy of a job they did. I normally tip well, but they got paid what they deserved, less than 10 a piece. Last thing! As I was leaving, one of the workers was washing her hair in the pedicure tub. Done !
