I got my first facial yesterday and it was an amazing experience. I had the pleasure of being treated by Terrico. She was knowledgeable and informative. She also taught me something new and encouraged a consistent skin routine. Terrico had a gentle yet firm touch that was so satisfying. She did a wondercul job! I went to Kenneth Shuler this evening for my 1st back facial and ended up grading to a signature back facial is very impressed with Amani McCrea-West services. She recommend what I should use to keep my skin hydrated based on my skin type. I left there feeling refreshed, and relaxed. I booked with her again. I went to Kenneth Shuler today for a basic facial and is very pleased with Jessica L. services. She was very informative about my skin type, and a regimen that would work for me. She also recommend what cleansers and moisturizers I should use based on my skin type. I left there feeling refreshed, so refreshed I booked her again. I had a great experience getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Terrico was very professional and explained everything about the process. The waxing was quick, and she made sure to shape my brows exactly how I wanted. The tinting turned out perfect . I have already booked my next appointment.

Went to get a facial from Hailey last week and one from Judah this week. Both ladies did an amazing job. The facials were so relaxing and the girls explained everything they were doing. I was recommended some products that have made my skin feel amazing. The prices are very reasonable and that makes it easy to set up regular pampering sessions. Highly recommended these two ladies for any of their services.

I recently had a wonderful experience getting a facial for aging done by the student Atlas Davis. Not only was Atlas extremely attentive and knowledgeable, he also let me know what he was doing each step of the way, making sure I was comfortable and doing good. The pricing was clearly laid out to me before Atlas started, which was fantastic and left no surprises. I loved the products that were recommended to me at the end of service with no pressure to buy them, and I am completely happy with the face moisturizer that was recommended to me that I bought. Thank you Atlas, for making me look and feel younger!

Love this school and the gifted students that attend. One student in particular, Terrico. She did a basic facial on me and it was the best facial I’ve had in a while. She was very knowledgeable about products and learning her clients skin type. I almost fell asleep twice Lol. The ambiance was awesome. She is very welcoming also. Great experience!!! Definitely scheduled for next month to keep up my new routine as she recommended to keep my skin healthy. Thank you Terrico!!! Keep up the great work!

The place was very clean and I was greeted by the friendly face of Terrico, she talked me through the procedure at the beginning and then got to work. It was quicker than I thought it would be and considering she was waxing my chest it wasn’t as painful as I thought it be. Once finished she then went through a run down of what I couldn’t or could do for the next 24 hours. Can’t recommend highly enough, I had a great first time experience and will be coming back again! 5 star service!

Another great day at Kenneth Shuler spa with Shavonne Conners. I had a back facial. It really felt great. I really enjoyed the cooling sensation of the products that were used. This was my first one, it felt awesome and I will return. The front staff is Always great and willing to help.
