I learned about Kenzi MedSpa on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! Dr. Kenzi is amazing. She is very professional, yet so personable, warm & knowledgeable. I appreciate her honesty & integrity. She does not insists on treatments & procedures just to charge more. I am very please with their service & results! Best facials in Naples. Dr. Kenzi is the most honest and truthful in her decisions for others. She only leads you in what’s best for you and is in your best interest. She is so kind and empathetic. She patiently listens and takes the time to make sure her clients are satisfied! She never disappoints and I trust her 100%.

I had the pleasure of finding Dr. McKenzie to do my Botox today! She was informational and accommodating from the start when I contacted her office. After having Botox done before she definitely is the best! She took her time to get to know me and see what I wanted. She was honest with any questions I had and had a very gentle approach, I barely felt anything during my service. She also was able to squeeze my appointment in last minute before going to a wedding this weekend. I definitely plan on coming back and being one of her loyal customers going forward! I look forward to trying other services that her office provides as well. Thank you so much!! :)

I have been routinely going to Kenzie Med Spa for over a year. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences there. The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and relaxing. I believe that it is important to seek the expertise of a medical doctor when dealing with aesthetic procedures. Dr. McKenzi is very well trained in all areas of aesthetics. This creates the level of confidence one needs, to have an aesthetic procedure done. I always look forward to each visit, and look forward to the continuing new procedures that are scheduled on the horizon. I would not hesitate to recommend Kenzi Med Spa to anyone, and in fact, I have recommended a number of people!

I saw Nicole the aesthetician today for a facial and also see her for micro-needling. Nicole is amazing and very knowledgeable, she takes her time offers suggestions and goes above and beyond to do her best. Nicole is a great asset to Dr. Kenzi's practice.

I went to Kenzi out of a referral from a friend. I made an appointment for a consultation and upon arrival the door was locked and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone for about 5 minutes. I was finally able to talk to someone about my appointment and they said that Kenzi wasn’t there but should be soon. I go back to my car trying to decide if I was even going to go through with the appointment. I did end up going in for the appointment and made another for the lip filler. During my consultation it was very uncomfortable and there was a lot of silence. As I said I went to her because of a friend who hyped her up to me. Kenzi gave me a “discount” for my filler because of the referral of $700. Yes $700 for one single syringe. The day of the filler appointment was better but still a little awkward. I will give her credit because my starting point was not great. She allowed me to hold the mirror because it was my first time getting any kind of filler. I was looking and telling her I felt like the top right corner needed more. She didn’t think it needed more until the end when I had used the whole syringe. Again I’ll give her credit cause my lips are very small and I will need probably 3 syringes to get to where I want to be but my top lip was lopsided. All in all I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone my age. I noticed that a lot of her clients are older and maybe we just weren’t a good fit. I realize after the fact I should have listened to my gut and noticed the red flags but I was being impatient and just wanted to get my lips done. Lesson learned.

Dr. McKenzie was amazing. I got some Zeomin and she was pretty honest with where I needed it most which I liked. She didn't push you into other services. She also used Arnica on my treatment area afterwards which shows her Holistic approach also which I appreciate. She took her time with me. I took a picture of the treatment that I found interesting so I will add it here

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr McKenzie takes time to listen and explain all your concerns. She is giving honest advice without trying to push unnecessary treatments. Definitely recommend this doctor!
