I’ve been getting keratin treatments/brazilian blowouts for probably 10 years, going back to florida everytime to the same stylist. After one failed attempt at trying to find someone in NYC i think ive found my person!!! Eric is AMAZING, he knows what hes talking about, is fast, and might have done the best job ever. My hair is spanish hair very coarse and thick with kinky curls, took forever to dry and i had to heat style my full head every time i washed. Now it dries NATURALLY in half the time, and is so soft with lovely waves. Thank you Eric!!!

I have done a brazilian blowout there it was amazing, my hair never looked like this. The owner is super nice and the work is great!!

If you’re looking to transform your hair, then look no further! I have been getting brazilian blowouts done for years, and Eric and Bishoy at Keratin NYC hands down are the best to do it. I come in with hair that is dull and lifeless and leave with zero frizz or breakage. The treatments I’ve gotten here last longer than the ones I’ve had elsewhere, and I couldn’t thank the team any more. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Did the Cezanne keratin treatment and couldn't be happier with the results! Eric and his team are fantastic. Unlike what I've experienced at other salons, Eric customises your treatment based on your needs and desired results. If you want to get a keratin treatment, this is the place to go in nyc.

I got declined for service because I have 4b hair… just wanted a keratin treatment. “ Ohh we don't have experience on that type hair” Why call yourself a hairdresser if you cant do HAIR. Would give zero stars if i could.

A lovely place with kind hairdressers and good prices! Definitely my new go-to spot for haircuts and eyebrow dying. And on top of all that, they play some great music and have a pleasant atmosphere.

Disgusting and total disregard for people's time and money. I've esteemed Eric's salon as the best FOR YEARS since I discovered his salon on Groupon but believe me I will never step foot here again. I scheduled an appointment specifically for Eric and confirmed my own appointment the night before to make sure we were set as I'd be travelling over an hour and paying for parking to have this treatment done. I get there and not only am I not greeted by the only stylist there but it was like pulling teeth to find out where Eric was and why he was late to our appointment! 20 minutes into waiting for him he texts his coworker that his car broke down and that he will be forced to commute by train making me wait an additional 45 minutes!! I text him and his response is that he can't fly!! No heads up, barely an apology, asking me what I wanna do. Horrible. If you're spread thin be honest with yourself and your clients. Don't over book your days when you're barely catching up on sleep or w.e excuse someone could try to spare you. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. See ya!

I got the Keratin treatment plus I dyed my hair… they did such a great job. I came back the following week to get some extensions… when my family saw my hair after the keratin treatment they all went with me the following week to get the treatment done.

I've been coming here regularly every three months. Beshoy and Eric do a phenomenal job with keratin treatment. They also do the hair extension! Price is affordable and I love the job they do!

Just got keratin treatment here and it looks incredible. They did such an amazing job. I have pretty curly and thick hair and now it feels so light, smooth, and straight. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Very affordable compared to most places and they also do a better job.

Eric at KeratinNYC always works his magic on my hair! I have naturally curly 2c/3a hair and the brazilian blowout leaves it soft, silky, straight, and frizz-free for months. I last got a keratin treatment at KeratinNYC in late May, and it’s lasted throughout the whole summer (which is quite a feat considering how hot and humid NYC has been!). It is the best keratin treatment I’ve ever gotten and very affordable, especially for the level of care and quality that goes into it.

Eric did a beautiful job on my hair. I did the keratin Brazilian blowout and the results was spectacular. First time doing the treatment and I’m in love with my results. Not a frizz in site.i will be recommending him to all my family and friends.

I had keratin done for the first time at this salon last Sunday. So far the best keratin treatment I’ve ever had. No damage, no color shift and my hair look super healthy, smooth and shiny. They are also super fast, took less than 2hrs, so you can tell they are pro at it. Honest, fair and transparent pricing, I will definitely be back when I need a touch up!

My hair is incredibly coarse. It was extremely difficult to style. My hair is so silky smooth after keratin. So happy with the results!!!

Having gotten keratin treatments done by both Eric & Beshoy in the last year - this 5 star review is overdue! I've gotten keratin treatments done by various salons for the past 10 years - and the duo at KeratinNYC is UNMATCHED. They are responsive, quick to get you in AND out with silky straight frizz-free hair with results that have lasted me 6 months. I have thick hair that takes more time than usual to go through but they work QUICK which is mind-blowing! I am so happy to have found them - thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Keratinnyc. Eric always does an amazing job. He is for sure passionate about what he does and leaves your hair feeling so silky and soft. I have been a loyal customer for years and the keratin he uses is of great quality, as I have never experienced hair damage. I always get a Keratin + Haircut, yes Eric does amazing hair cuts too! This is for sure the best spot in NYC to get a great Keratin treatment done.

I’ve been getting keratin treatments for years and after my usual place closed, I decided to give keratinnyc a try. I’m so happy I did!! Bishoy did an outstanding job. He was so pleasant and incredibly detail-oriented. I left the salon with the most perfect blowout. After I few washes, I can honestly say this was the best treatment I’ve ever had. My hair is smooth and the humidity of nyc has no effect on it. I highly recommend you see Bishoy for any smoothing service!

Please don’t go if Eric is not there. Seems like he must be great. My luck was bad. I went the first time when Eric was not there and right before my graduation. A man was there already working with a client. A lady was free and my gut feeling said this wouldn’t go well. Lady dint speak English either but I had no issues with that so long as my message about what I wanted got communicated via the guy. I ended up getting the most shabby haircut with absolutely no layers, lost length as well because I wanted to go short but also expected the layers. Now is a lint straight cut with some really weird hints of layering. I’m so so so disappointed. I realized all this once I got back home and I’m awfully upset with myself for ignoring my gut.

Love this place! Eric and his partner did a great job on my hair and it’s the best Brazilian blowout I’ve had in the city. My hair look’s perfect.
