UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: After the man who owns this business and performed my injections saw my review.. posted below.. he contacted me offering to fix the diluted Botox and correct my eyebrows that he completely messed up. I told him that was fine, however, I preferred to have a different esthetician do the work considering that he already lost my trust. A week had passed and I had to reach out to him again asking him if he was joking about correcting his mistakes, and at that time he told me that he didn't have anyone else to do it and offered a refund if I sent him pictures showing proof of it not working at all with "shocked face, angry face and smiley face". I sent him the pictures including one straight on showing how my eyebrows are completely uneven now, and then I heard nothing from him again. I tried texting him a few times again with no reply, and finally decided to just call him, and he told me that he was busy and would have to look at everything on Monday.. which was 5 days later! Then I don't hear from him on Monday or Tuesday so I tried emailing him on Wednesday and I get another reply telling me that by the end of the week I'd hear from him. Then again.. nothing!! I am SO upset with how unprofessional this guy is that not only am I begging whoever reads this to take your business elsewhere (there are so many awesome MedSpa's out there), but I'm also reporting him to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations. He has no business running a MedSpa or any other kind of company because he completely does not care and does terrible work.. please read his other reviews, and please avoid this place at all costs. Trust me, you do not want to waste your money or walk around looking like I do with too much makeup on to cover your uneven eyebrows.. ugh :( Original post: I bought a Groupon for 40 units (but paid for extra there as well) of Botox from this business.. which was obviously my first mistake.. and after only one month my forehead is moving, and my frown lines lines and crows feet are back. They obviously seriously diluted the Botox. Very disappointed and it was such a waste of money. Not to mention the gentleman that did the procedure wasn't friendly at all and made me feel a little uncomfortable.. like he had better things to do. He also messed up my eyebrows.. one is lower than the other.

Update to original review: The owner responded upset about my honest Google review and said he couldn't give me a refund with the negative review. He then tried to claim that he would have refunded me originally for the whole 180 units which originally he told me no when I asked the first time when I went back for the touch up. He said since he gave me 60 more units, even though the results were still nothing as advertised, he said he can no longer give me a full refund. So I said okay let's make a deal, if you make this right I will adjust my review and accept a refund of 120 units. I felt that was fair for both parties especially since online it states customer satisfaction is their top priority. Since this text conversation with him Friday December 13th I have not heard anything back. I have text and called many times since then to see if we could get this resolved and have never heard back. So now I will take this a step further as I don't think this is fair at all!! I have had Botox a few times somewhere else and wanted to try Dysport because I have heard it lasts longer and the place I went didn't offer Dysport. So after finding a deal I decided to try here. I received a total of 180 units and after two weeks there were absolutely no changes. The only thing I noticed is one side of my lip was slightly higher but every wrinkle and every movement was exactly as it was before. I went back and was questioned severely and stated there was no way it didn't work at all unless something I did or if a possible reaction I have had before. He then said he would give me 60 more units in my forehead so I went ahead and did it. Now here I am close to 2 weeks later and nothing has changed. After all that money I spent, I will definitely find a better place that customer service is a priority and you don't feel questioned when the product you pay a lot of money for doesn't work. Their product must be highly diluted or cheap and it makes sense why this place is so much cheaper than anywhere else. I have had extreme success with Botox somewhere else and could feel the difference within a few days. After this amount of dysport I felt absolutely no changes. I will find another place that does Dysport and wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I had a wonderful experience today! It's gorgeous and peaceful I side, like visiting the spa. And the doctor was professional, efficient, and very friendly. He didn't push more products on you, but let you know what was available if you asked. Will be a repeat customer!

This is definitely the only med spa I will be going to. I have gotten dysport here twice and the results have far exceeded my expectations. That’s the most important element obviously but the whole experience at Kerry med spa is just lovely. Super clean facility, open and honest communication and just superior personal and professional service!

Don't ignore the comments about unprofessional and lack of communication like I did. I called several (7-8 times) to confirm my rescheduled appointment because I did not want to drive 45 minutes for no reason. Well, you guessed it no one bothered to contact me despite leaving detail messages, so the day of my appointment I drove anyways thinking/hoping I am rescheduled like they said and confirmed verbally over the phone. I drove 45+ minutes in heavy rain to get there. I get there only to find the doors locked and no one there!! I waited 40 minutes and NOTHING! Thank God Groupon was gracious enough to refund me back. I honestly don't understand how places like this are in business, they probably want to sell as much as they can on Groupon deals only to go out of business. They would not be operating in this manner if they had long term plans for the business. Either way, show some respect for your clients or peoples' time in general. NEVER AGAIN!

I have attended Kerry Med Spa multiple times now. I have had multiple treatments from facials to injectables and iv therapy. I can honestly say I have had a great experience every time. I am so happy I found this place. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Horrible communication and unprofessional. They confirmed my appointment and even sent me a confirmation email and took my credit card information as well. Seemed professional on the phone but there was a couple waiting before me in there car when I got there even and they had been waiting for over 30 minutes thinking they would have showed up by now. This was around 11:30 am which their hours are 9am-9pm according to Google and they had my appointment scheduled for 11:30am. Honestly won’t be shocked if they go out of business soon. Horrible customer experience. 0/10 do not recommend

Called kerry med spa and was able to get a Same day appointment. From the phone call to the end of my experience I have nothing but good things to say. I called wanting me and my mom to get dysport. Joe was very knowledgeable and gave my mom and I exactly what we Wanted with his professional advice. Took time to have a consult with my mom for filler. I will totally be back when I’m due again for treatment. And both my mom And I are excited to establish a new relationship with the spa.

I’ve been to my fair share of med spas and let me tell you- Kerry Med Spa is 10/10. Joe and Katie are extremely friendly, personable and make you feel right at home. Very accessible, great location and easy parking, clean and relaxed atmosphere that is judgement free. (Which to me is a huge- I’ve been to med spas where you feel awkward or out of place when getting certain services.) Kerry Med Spa made me feel at ease with everything I was getting done or was looking to get done in the future.. Joe is very informative and thorough with his work and my questions. They have many great services including IV’s which is different for med spas to have and I love it. This will be my new med spa I will be going to in Tampa! (They also accept Afterpay, which is super neat) Will be going back soon.

Today, I enjoyed my wonderful experience at Kerry Med Spa. They never disappoint! I had two fantastic treatments. A detailed facial for 60 minutes with Katie. It was nice to know how my skin can become more radiant! The aromas and masks are very inticing. and gentle on my sensitive skin. Joe, the owner, performed the Dysport units. I love that I discovered this GEM in Tampa. I am happy and absolutely amazed! I first found 60 units of Dysport for $100 on Groupon. Stephanie, Joe , and Katie are amazing, and so is her dad. They also carry CBD products and provide other wonderful fantastic beauty treatments! VERY HAPPY with my beauty results! I had the facial first then the Dysporrunits as recommended. It's worth the trip to this beauty gem! They have a Mom's Day special, too!

Steph was great!!! Upon entering my room, I asked if she was a nurse practitioner, and she smiled and said no I’m a doc needless to say, I felt about 2 inches tall as she only looks 23, but back to my experience. She was very friendly upon my first step through the door. She explained a lot of things to me and told me how many units she thought I should have. I also asked her about some fillers and she replied you want to start with a very low dose I don’t think you could ask someone to be more honest than that. Most people are just trying to upsell upsell and she was not one of those people. I definitely will be going back!!!!!☺️ I half to update this review these people are crooks… in the biggest way. You have receptionist, calling their selves, aestheticians, and nurses that they say we’re gonna call him Dr. Joe today. WTH! Buyer beware

I got Botox and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Dr.Sheehan clearly excels in his field. He is knowledgable and has incredible attention to detail. He goes above and beyond for all his patients. I look forward to returning for more treatments!

Clean, professional and super friendly. She was very gentle too. I felt very comfortable from the moment I got there. It is very welcoming. First time using dysport and I am impressed that I already feel it and it’s been 30 min. Make your appointment you won’t regret it. I will be back for sure!

Kerry Med Spa is amazing! They contact me for my medical marijuana recertification before I even realize I need it! They are so fast, kind, and reliable. They also have many other wonderful services! Wow! I’ve had Dysport many times at different places over the last five years, but this place wins. Clean, friendly, affordable, and most of all took the time to really address my individual needs. I’ve found my beauty home. Already booked my next appointment.
