I took my 14-year old daughter for a haircut and they were so quick, also at good price. Hair wash, cut and style at $40. I'm definitely taking her back there again, and will go there myself too.

Got my hair colored with highlights with a haircut at the end and it turned out better than I could ever imagine! The colorists did an amazing job getting the shade of blonde I wanted and took their time sectioning my hair to get it exactly how I envisioned it. They double checked their work between every bleach round to make sure everything was going well. Kevin also gave me a haircut and styling once all the coloring was done, and it turned out incredible! He checked up on me at every step and explained the process to me to make sure I was happy with what was going on. Overall, this process took 8.5 hours, which is a lot, but I didn't mind at all because it shows how much care and precision they put into their work. Absolutely obsessed with how my hair turned out and I couldn't recommend them more!

I had a good experience with Kevin’s hair salon before. So I went again. They burned my virgin hair off with their “perm”. They said it would look better when it dries so I went home and when I combed through with my fingers my hair literally fell out in clumps. My chest length hair turned to me balding. Do not trust them with your hair. Unless you want to pay to get your hair ruined and wear wigs for another year.

This is always a great salon to go to. I'm pleased with my haircut/style the Ken does for me. I routinely get compliments on my hairstyle. I definitely recommend him, and this salon.

told my stylist i wanted hair below my eyebrows and she cut mine so short it was all above my eyebrows. terrible experience and now i have to live with it.

The boss lady who cut my hair twice and mess up twice. The first time I got her and wanted straight bangs and she absolutely cut it too short and made my hair super flat. Additionally, she constantly walked away, even as long as 5mins, to help someone else cut their hair or collect cash during the time she was cutting my hair. And now I received her for the second and she was still walking away or looking into other direction like she was ready to cut someone else’s hair while she was cutting mine. This time I want wavy bangs and she again was my hairdresser. I was hoping that her skills improved after 1 year, but clearly not with the results I received. My hair was super flat as I spoke up to her about it and she told me they were going to charge me extra 10 dollars for wavy hair. So I did not take the offer but ask if my bangs can be a little fluffy. she offer a little curl to my bangs. So she curl my bangs and made it look like pig tail on one side and the other side kind of flat. When I saw this, I knew she messed up. And at the same time looking at her, she knew she messed up and tries to fix it but absolutely did worst. Everyone else that I had experienced where awesome and kind. I hope she can improve her skills or just simply stay in her lane as the boss lady who collects cash at the front counter. This was 40 dollar for this absolutely trashed service.

Me and my daughter both got highlights I showed them pictures and they did it exactly how we wanted!! My daughter also got a haircut and she loved it. We’re obsessed with the results and got so many compliments on our hair! I’m really really picky too, but Kevin’s Hair Salon did an amazing job. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a hair salon for color/cut. Very satisfied costumer.

Do NOT go here. I asked for a trim on the sides and the back for my perm and they cut off almost everything. I showed photos as well as explained what i wanted and the cut came out nothing like it. All my permed air is gone and now it’s just a little longer than a buzz, instead of the normal korean perm style i go for. Once agian do NOT go here.

This place has both pros and cons. They are able to get you to the lightness you want... at the expense of your hair's integrity. They don't seem to care about the condition of your hair. (The Olaplex that is sitting on the shelves must be for display.) The bleach is left on for who knows how long. They barely check your hair in between the bleach process. They add on additional bleach time without checking inside the foil to see if more time is even necessary. I was horrified watching so much of my hair fall and break off as they brush my hair. Toning/coloring seems to be a miss. I specifically asked for warm brown. I even showed a reference photo of the brown I wanted. It came out ashy and blonde... no where near what the photo looks like. Not everyone wants ash tone! This seems to be a trend as I had this happened TWICE to me when Kevin isn't around. A lady is translating what I supposedly wanted to the people who were working on my hair and the result did not match; either she didn't understand what I wanted or she mistranslated.

미용실 사람들은 친절합니다. 하지만 한국 남성 머리는 잘 못 하시는 것 같아요. 조금 전에 받은 다운펌이 95불인데 (처음 오시면 20프로 할인), 제가 한인 미용실에서 받던 다운 펌과 과정이 너무 달라서 이렇게 하면 다운펌이 잘 안될거라고 도중에 말씀 드렸습니다. 결국 결과물은 그냥 커트만 받은 것 같이 보이네요. 30분 전에 미용실에서 돌아왔습니다. 다운 펌은 다른곳에서 받는걸 추천합니다. For Korean males, if you need to get a down perm, look elsewhere. Satisfied with the haircut itself, but not for the down perm.

I got a blonde balayage and they did so good on my hair! It’s stayed pretty ashy/toned so far which other salons haven’t been able to do for me before, I definitely recommend!

I went in with a picture and requested for the same hair cut. It came out completely different. I was really nervous during the whole entire time because I was noticing that the person was cutting shorter and shorter and then ended up with an Asian aunt like look instead of an androgynous look. I expressed my dislike and the owner kept on telling me my hair is longer than what appears in the picture. He just kept on telling me to just part it side ways and style it when I clearly told him I don’t want to have to style my hair all the time. The person who cut my hair was literally sitting at the couch staring at me as the owner was brainwashing me and I felt extremely uncomfortable. In the end, I didn’t feel like I could get my hair rescued and I just left. I don’t recommend this place you want to do huge transformation from long hair to short hair. Also, the hair dresser and the owner don’t really listen to the customer’s concerns.

Got a haircut that did not resemble the reference picture or the cut I asked for. They don’t know how to do a simple textured low taper and attempted to force me to tip.

I've been to salons a lot. I'm 40 years old and have a lot of experience with my hair. I was passing through Philadelphia looking for a perfect blonde and I FOUND IT at this place. I found it on Google and made an appointment to visit the next Asia. When I was scared by the renovation, and the appearance of the place… it doesn't look fancy… like the salons I usually go to. Little by little they gained my trust. I realized from the first moment that I was in the right place. because everyone touched my hair when I arrived. Everyone was involved in the process of my hair. and a wonderful team, there is an Ofima manager... who monitors every step done on the hair all the time. after 5 hours... it was worth every minute, every penny spent. Thank you to the people who did it... unfortunately I don't remember their names but I will never forget their dedication to making “my dream blonde” possible

I’ve gone twice for haircuts and digital perms and they always look great. I have thick hair that other stylists find difficult to cut. I feel like Kevin genuinely cares about the outcome of my hair and took his time to style it even though they were closing. If you want to get a treatment like a digital perm, call ahead to make sure there’s enough time!

This place is over hyped and they choose to push quantity of clients over quality. My brother booked a perm and haircut and was so excited to have his straight Asian hair finally style. When he arrived Kevin sat him down and immediately said no perm because there’s no time and that he would still cut his hair in the style he wanted but my brother knew it wouldn’t work because his hair is too straight. Kevin insisted it was fine with no perm and then started and stopped the cut several times because he was also cutting/working in 5 other people! 2 of which was wanted a perm as well and he told them no time. My brother kept expressing what he wanted and he did the opposite. DID NOT listen at all. At the end he told my brother that he can’t get him that look because his hair is too straight. DUH! This is why he booked for a perm and cut because he knew he needed a perm for the result and Kevin denied him of it. My brother left horrified with a terrible cut. DO NOT COME HERE for a men’s hair cut.
