The massage therapists at Key of Life are really excellent. I have been in for treatment of specific ailments (tennis elbow, hip pain, tight quads, etc.) and have always found relief and received good suggestions for at-home care. the last three therapists that i loved left abruptly and the service from betsy was not the same..the massage was ok, but not what i expected based on previous reviews..after coming here for so long, this place went downhill, and i will not be returning

Will be returning! The place was very nice, clean and calming when I walked in. I paid for a 90 minute massage with hot towels which was amazing. Asya was incredible, super sweet, and really helped me relieve a lot of discomfort.

Amazing massage! I absolutely love the staff (Betsy is incredible)! They make your experience very relaxing & listen to each & every need you have. My neck bothers me from working at a desk all day & I can say I now come to Key of Life multiple times a month. Fantastic place, I highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Asher enough! He’s AMAZING!! I originally saw him because I could barely move my head & neck. I had a bad CrossFit accident a few years ago & have been in pretty regular pain since then. Asher worked on me & I was pain free & able to move my head & neck. I drive 2 hours just to get his massages! Totally worth the drive!

I have been going to Betsy for 8 years because of her expertise and ability to help with various issues I have. Yesterday, I tried Tory and was blown away! She listened and customized my massage to address my low back/hip/quad problems and really helped relieve my pain. Definitely give her a try! You will not be disappointed! I highly recommend Asher at Key of Life. He provides a variety of massage techniques from deep tissue to myofascial release, TMJ and can provide a truly customized massage based on your needs and desired results. He is extremely professional and has already helped me tremendously with relieving my chronic migraines and headaches.

I've been a client of Betsy's since I moved to Charlotte in 2015. I love seeing her, so was sad to hear she was retiring! Let me tell you though, I went in last weekend to see Tory and she was amazing! Thorough and gave me a great massage, checked in on the pressure and really took care of some of my knots! I'd highly recommend going in to see Tory!

I've visited twice now and thoroughly enjoyed both times. Asher has magic hands--both strong and gentle, and he listens to your preferences and does exactly what you ask for. His calm, soothing demeanor is just what you need for a relaxing experience. And the facility itself is quiet, cozy and comforting. I referred my sister here and she loved it too--we both can't wait to return!

Betsy is THE BEST massage therapist I’ve had hands down. Over the past 8 months or so she’s really helped my body recover from tough workouts, helped me through my physical therapy journey, and also helped educate me so that I felt empowered for long term care. On top of that, she is great at balancing the structural work with relaxing work and made every session cater to my body’s specific needs. Run, don’t walk, to book your appointment with her! In town enjoying our honeymoon. After a long hike we were in need of some TLC. We were recommend this place by a family friend and jt didn’t disappoint. The service was exceptional, they have a great attitude, and the massages were absolutely amazing. Whenever we’re in town. We’re definitely gonna stop by to get a smoothie massage and some much-needed relaxation.
