My knotless braids came out really good! They do each time to be honest. Khadyja is also a pretty quick hair stylist and her parts are clean.

Find another Braider! I called for an appointment. The person who answered the phone requested I send a picture of my requested service. I sent the picture. I received a message back about 2 paragraphs stating the price availability and rules for deposit. I agreed. I sent $30 immediately. She then sent a message advising late and cancellation policies. I agreed. My appointment was on a Wednesday morning at 9am. At 8:13am, I get a text asking me to come in at 945am because of traffic. I advised I was already there because I drove 2 hours to get there. I asked her would I get any money back for her being late. She started back peddling. She got there at 945am and started cleaning up. Like be for real. The quality of my braids is a 4 out of 10. Parts are to spaced out and braids different sizes. These reviews and pictures are definitely not the owners work. There are too many options out here for business owners to be late and producing subpar product. I paid my bill and left. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I think I’m becoming a loyal client! This a mother and daughter duo that does amazing braiding. Reliable and great quality work. I can sit in that chair with no worries because I KNOW my hair will come out beautiful. I drive two hours to come here - referred my best friend as well, and she does it too! This is my second time here and it’s now my new home. Money’s worth! Thank you ladies 💗

If I could give this place a zero I would!!!! I made my appointment 24 hrs in advance, sent a picture of what I wanted and messaged the length was given one quote. The day of my appointment I wanted to verify hair and length I needed was told one length then was told that they only looked at length on picture and didn't read the message that had what length I wanted so I had to go back to hair store change length and then was told that the price was going to be more than what was quoted only a couple of hours before appointment. Required deposit is $30 I sent $50. After all the misquotes and confusion I didn't want to get my hair done at this place anymore and asked for my deposit back. I didn't even want the required deposit back only the extra I sent and she refused to give me the extra money I sent!!!!!!!

Go somewhere else. While Khadyja does a decent job on braids she doesn’t respect her customers. She will tell you one price and then change it once your hair is done. She is cash only so the price is agreed upon before your appointment. Therefore that’s what you bring, but she will tell you that YOU are wrong and trying to get free stuff from her… even with text messages confirming that you are correct. She’ll say she didn’t send it or that she had a customer send you the price and they sent the wrong thing. That is still on you, not me. Also she will make the braids smaller and longer than you asked for and then try and charge you for it… I didn’t ask you to do that. We agreed upon a length and size, not a freestyle with an up charge. I like to support small businesses but It’s a mess, just please save yourself the stress and go somewhere else because she will argue with you. You can’t be nice these days without people trying to take advantage of you. I’ve left there twice very frustrated.

My first visit to this shop will be my last. The shop was located in the ghetto. & she ran out of Hair glue and was trying to get me to buy more. As a stylist you should have the products why does the customer have to pay for that when we are paying for the style? I brushed it off and I was super nice to her and patient with her daughter the entire time. I was super understanding. However when us woman get out hair done we should have a luxury experience but instead I had to hear her give her daughter a spanking. It was very awkward and disturbing. While the stylist did a decent job, the entire atmosphere was uncomfortable. First, she recommended specific hair from Amazon, then changed her mind and insisted I buy different hair from a store, claiming it was better quality. She even complained about the length of the hair she TOLD ME TO GET FROM THE HAIR STORE. Like what do you want?! To make matters worse, she attempted to raise the price after we had already agreed upon it. She was even gossiping about me on the phone to her friends and families saying she will charge me 450 $ . I almost cried then. Her lack of proper customer service and the distressing incident with her daughter left me in tears. I am TRAUMATIZED and will never go back. Her business will not prosper if she continues the bad customer service

She was able to get me in fast I spoke to her and was able to get in the same day! I sent a picture of the style I wanted.She didn’t take breaks she did it and got it done! This is a style that takes a long time anyway and she did it as fast as possible. She charges good pricing! I will definitely be a returning customer. She was not rude very nice lady! The work is good quality! The pictures I showed are how my hair looks after almost 1 week. I highly recommend!

She was so nice and was able to fit me in last minute. She didn’t need to take a break and made sure I was comfortable. My hair isn’t too tight and she didn’t pull on my edges. I will definitely be coming back.
