The salon is beautiful and I loved the location. However, after my second visit, the stylist ran me away. I will NEVER return. Her lack of professionalism with services and pricing is why this place gets 1 star. She took a short cut on my hair by not applying heat or rollers. I don't think she had any rollers for a wet set. She still charged my over $100 for a "bend", not a curl. My hair is easily managed, and requires very little effort to do. She used a blow dryer and brush and pinned curled me. The next day, hair flat with NO curl. Not only did I have to roll my hair, I also had to trim the ends that were left behind. Her lack of attention to detail and time with my hair lets me know this is NOT the place to go to for hair needs. Jasmine did not practice professionalism with me. Her dancing and singing while I was in the chair and lack of trying to learn my hair as a new customer, lets me know this place puts profit over people. Save your money!!! NEVER again.

First and last time customer! The owner was nice and the facility is clean; however, I did not see everyone entering being asked to use the hand sanitizer before sitting. Also, the hairstylists I went to was heavy handed! I explained to her I have a sensitive scalp and she wraked through my hair before washing my hair, during my wash, and after the wash. Now I have to cut my hair from the split ends I know I have. Additionally, my scalp was sore for two days. I'm not sure if this is how she normally does hair, or if she was feeling vindictive because she thought my appointment was at 1000 and waited an hour when we agreed upon 1100. Overall this was a negative experience for me. I have given up on finding a hairstylists at this point.

Excellent , Tip took her time and cut my 14 months of hair down to that classy precious hair cut. I'm feeling great !

Shop was very nice/clean. Everybody was very nice. My favorite was, I wasn't too short for the shampoo bowl, which made it a very pleasant experience. Usually the bowls are made for taller people which makes it uncomfortable if you're short but it was great. Very attentive staff...the lady who did my hair Denise was very patient with me and I left very happy with my experience.

Tiphanie is an amazing stylist and person her work is awesome the atmosphere is so nice! I love her and I love my hair you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely love the customer service @Khemistre!! Professional stylist who are motivated and talented! The atmosphere was great!! Looking forward to my next visit!! Highly recommend this salon for the professional woman!
