Encontré Kiany Spa buscando un salón con experiencia en cabello latino. Desde la primera interacción me trataron muy bien y me sentí bienvenida. Mi proceso fue extremadamente largo (9 horas) y fueron tan amables de darme snacks y cafecito. Xiomara se aseguró de mantener la integridad de mi cabello y no maltratarlo. Hizo todo con mucha paciencia y cuidado. Los productos que usó son de la mejor calidad. El personal es extremadamente amable y profesional. Recomendaría Kiany Spa 100%. Ame el resultado de mi cabello! —————————————————————————— I found Kiany Spa while looking for a salon experienced in working with Latin hair. From the very first interaction, they treated me so well, and I felt truly welcomed. My treatment was very long (9 hours), and they were kind enough to offer me snacks and coffee. Xiomara took great care to maintain the health of my hair, handling everything with patience and care. The products she used were of the highest quality. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I would 100% recommend Kiany Spa. I absolutely loved the results!

First off… kindest women I ever met !!!! Treated us like princesses. The services provided were excellent and the prices weren’t bad at all. It’s definitely worth it. We also got our eye brows done and let me tell you, no one has ever done them so perfect. Color and shape was just perfect!!!! I’m forever coming here!!! You should to !

Had a great experience at Kiany Spa! It’s a clean space with a friendly team!! Doris gave me a wonderful facial and she was extremely thorough, took her time, and answered all my questions! I highly recommend her. I can’t wait to return!

If I could RATE 0 I would THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER first of all I came like two weeks ago then seen my hair give me a price !!!!! Emailed me 4 times the price they were very welcoming but it’s just so you come here and then they wanted to change the price !!!! The hair dresser goes saying I am going to use 3 hair colors !!!! And I am like I didn’t just walk in ? You seen my hair and you give me the price ? I was going to pay 450$ they wanted more ? For hair color and treatment the funny part is the only person speaking English with negative attitude she come and say Do you want to just get a hair treatment ? Whatttt ? So technically this is not a professional place to go too go for waxing lol and honestly you could have guessed what you will get from the moment you speak to them they are clueless. So grateful they didn’t do my hair don’t do it here please.

Stop going to cheap nail tech and come to the best nail salon in Jacksonville Kiany Spa! They have everything here, from facials to hair salons. I did my nails with Lulu she is adorable 🥰 and very detail-oriented. What a performance, I am so picky with my nails and she did wonderfully! Try Mrs. Lulu and let me know if you love her like I do! I'm so happy with the experience here. Is like she read my mind and delivered the perfection #thebestnailtech #inlovewithlulu

Amazing Experience in this location, I got a lymphatic massage and wood therapy and my Tech Doris was truly wonderful!!!! I cant stress enough what a great job she did, I also did a facial and it was outstanding!! These girls really know what they are doing, I will be coming back for my eyelashes and nails 100%.

I have visited Kiany Spa for a few months now and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The salon was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I opted for a gel pedicure, and both Lulu and the other nail tech who’s name I didn’t get did an amazing job. They were both meticulous and paid great attention to detail, ensuring that my nails looked perfect. This is definitely my new go to salon 🤩

This was one of a kind experience. Truly amazing. These ladies did an excellent job, and made me feel amazing. The owner is always making sure you are pleased. They even made me coffee and offered me water! I mean, special treatment and the job itself was amazing. My feet were awful and I left feeling like a million bucks. Definitely recommend and will be back!
