Very Amazing Service My brother has a difficulty getting haircuts due to his sensory issues but, Kiddie Kutters was amazing. We had Julia and she made the experience 10 times better, they changed the channel for him, and advocated to his needs. Will definitely be looking forward to another visit!

To say I'm devastated and disappointed is an understatement to say the least. I brought my son in for his very first haircut, and while he did so well holding still in the car chairs provided (which were filthy and covered in other people's hair), Roberta, the stylist assigned to him, didn't listen to what I asked for AT ALL. I loved his hair, and didn't want to take any length off, just clean it up around his neck and around his ears, and she immediately takes a huge section on top of his head and chops his hair off before I could stop her. She then proceeds to give him the shortest, most uneven, choppy haircut I have ever seen, rushed through and was done in less than 5 minutes, is rambling on about how her kids never got candy because "it makes them anxious" after she offered him a sucker to help him hold still, how "her dog has anxiety because of sweets" and is ignoring me all while I am begging her to stop butchering his hair and cutting it way too short. She gave him the most generic, ugly haircut I have ever seen, and I'm so devastated because his hair was beautiful. She carelessly picked up some hair from the counter to shove into a plastic baggy for his "first haircut" certificate, and it's a miracle she asked me how to spell his name, the first time she listened to me the entire appointment. Roxanne, the manager was kind and told me the stylists name (again, Roberta), after I asked to make sure she NEVER touches my kid again, and graciously offered to only charge me $9.89, even though I honestly shouldn't have even paid for how they butchered his hair. They both kept telling me "Oh he's so cute though" in an attempt to placate me, although their tone definitely betrayed that they thought it was awful too. Another stylist in the salon made inappropriate and hurtful comments about if "she had boys, she'd always keep their hair short because she couldn't be bothered." Well, I could be bothered, and I took and still take great pride in caring for my son's beautiful wavy hair, and now he has no waves to speak of, just choppy, uneven straw-like hair. I left there hysterically in tears. The manager offered me a free haircut as an apology, but she can keep it. I will NEVER be stepping foot in this filthy salon with awful hairstylists who need to retire. For a children's salon they don't know how to cut children's hair at all, instead giving them the same generic hair cut for every child. I am still devastated and in tears writing this. Please heed my warning, and don't ever take your children here.

Today, I took my 3yr old in for a bob and bangs. Jenny was SO fantastic. The cut was beautiful even with my toddler fidgeting and she was not the most comfortable but Jenny was so patient and kind to her. Absolutely coming back with my oldest.

Brought my 5MO for his first cut. After being basically told off by other shops that he was too young. Kiddie kutters was able to get my kids hair cut no problem.they we're patient and made the experience super memorable. Well definitely bring him back here.

Brought my daughter Brandalyn in for a haircut on Saturday after our Normal spot closed down they fit us in it was my daughter first cut at a salon she had Manny and she was Amazing we will definitely be going there again

If you can't cut mixed childrens hair or curly hair just say that. Don't start the cut, loose patience, keep making rude remarks about the quality of the child's hair and make an already difficult experience even worse. Worst walk-in cut experience I have ever had with my children. Keep making money off those basic crew cuts, that's all this place is good for. A high and tight for ages 12 and under.

The kids love this place and we've been going for over a decade. I'd love to give it five stars, but it's gone downhill. The toys(the few that are left) are falling apart, the video games never work, and now you can't even get in without an appointment. All of this while prices have increased. It's always been a busy place, but I've never before been turned away because they couldn't get me in for six hours.

Wasn’t a bad experience wasn’t a great experience. Walked in and the front desk girl was young and when greeted we didn’t get much direction but we did get to where we needed to be. She was sweet. My son was very fussy and that made it near impossible to cut his haircut. The after part was what I was surprised about. The stylist didn’t help us at all clean him up. We had to take him to the bathroom wipe him down completely he had hair stuck all over him mainly because the only way to calm him was a sucker. When we were walking out she was already onto another client and didn’t even say goodbye to us or check us out so that was a little bit different than expected. But for the cost makes sense.
