Booked a Brazilian with Katie then got an email they last minute changed me to Cassie. She was super nice but she missed some spots and I also had to pull off left over wax. It's ridiculous they they didn't call to reschedule me with the person I specifically booked with.

I’ve been seeing Katie for over 2 years now and have no complaints! She’s always so friendly and efficient; I’m in and out in no time, which I appreciate so much. Whether you’re getting a wax or a brow/eyelash lift, she’s your girl! ❤️

Ashley is amazing. She always gets me right with waxing and makes me feel very comfortable. She is easy to talk to and also very meticulous. 10/10 always going to her. I recommend her to anyone that listens to me.

Very unhappy with this salon. I was 3 minutes past my allotted appointment time (they allow 9 minutes.) They said they would have to charge me and I would have to reschedule. They did charge me. Needless to say, I did NOT reschedule!

My first couple of experiences here were great. I usually would just go for waxing and tint for my eyebrows and they always turned out how I wanted them too. Katy told me I would be a good candidate to get the ombre brow powder for a more temporary brow so I didn't have to keep getting them filled in. After some thought, I decided to move forward with this treatment. I paid up front for the initial treatment as well as for the touch up treatment. I was not told the entire cost up front, but did not complain at all to pay the touch up appointment cost. My results after the first treatment were not exaclty what I was hoping for. I figured the touch up appointment would finalize how it would turn out so I waited to see. I was thrilled with how my eyebrows looked right after! About two weeks later, the ombre powder once again started to disappear. I let Katy know this and she told me to be patient and give the color time to come back. She said it should after the swelling goes down and I start to heal. I did as she said again. After a couple months I gave them a call to let them know I was still not happy with my results. I paid a lot of money for this and was hoping they would be willing to fix this for me. They were going to get me scheduled but told me I would have to pay another $300. This is very dissapointing. I feel that if someone is not happy with the service done that it should be fixed at no cost. Don't come here, they'll rip you off. I was a bit apprehensive getting a lash lift again since my previous two times I’m pretty sure the stylist used too much of the chemical. My lashes came out fantastic at first but progressively started to look “untamed” and mascara exaggerated this. At its worst one of my lashes was “crimped” and had tiny waves in it and appeared “fuzzy” while there was one particular lash that was shaped like a 7. I chalked this up to being user error and after some time went back to the previous place (it was super convenient at the time) and of course it happened again though this time asked for a bigger curling rod since my lashes last time kept hitting my orbital bone and I thought that could have also been the issue. It happened again and both times it burned pretty bad. I was feeling the “itch” after many months of letting my lashes go natural and since moving to the North Hills area knew this was a good opportunity to find somewhere new. Kiki had openings that day and I used their online booking system with ease. I saw Katie and shared with her my past experience. Katie was so sweet and patient. This tome around I didn’t feel the level of burning I did previously, though truthfully it felt a bit itchy. My lashes are gorgeous after tinting them at home and don’t appear damaged. If that changes I will update my review but as of now I am very pleased with my service. The girl at the front desk was also very sweet as well.

Highly recommend! I’ve been going to Kiki for the past year now, I get my brows done by Jax and she is amazing and so sweet! Also i use the face masks they sell and they’re so good! definitely recommend making this your new spot!

I absolutely love this place and the women who work here. I’ve been coming here for a few years, and continue to come here even though I have moved an hour and a half away. I have had services done by almost all of the women here, and can say that every single one is amazing! I think one of the main reasons I continue to come here instead of finding a spot closer to me, is because I don’t just feel like a client here… I also feel like a friend!

I do not recommend Emily for eyebrow waxing. I specifically asked her to not make them too thin, but she made them thin. She also made my eyebrows look like horizontal lines with absolutely no shape or arch. She kept saying I hope you’re not mad, but I told her that I’m just really disappointed. I will never be returning.

I had my first Brazilian wax at Kiki's and it was an excellent experience! I was a little nervous at first, but the esthetician, Emily, was so friendly and professional that I felt completely at ease. She explained the entire process to me and made sure I was comfortable before she started. The waxing itself was a little uncomfortable, but it was over quickly and the results were amazing. I would definitely recommend Emily for anyone looking for a professional and comfortable waxing experience. I've also gone back for facials and my brows - thanks Emily!!

I have been coming to kiki's for almost two years now! every month I get so excited to come in and see all of the staff! they are so kind a friendly! My waxing services are always enjoyable and on point. The girls have great time management skills! The receptionist is always very helpful and kind when booking over the phone!Jax has been amazing and such a sweet person to meet! Katie the owner is so personable and always stops to check in and say hi to me when I am there! <3 all the love to my favorite beauty bar!

I have been going to Kiki Beauty Bar regularly for almost 4 years now, not once have I had something that wasn't up to my standards. All the girls are extremely friendly and professional, it feels like you're catching up with a good friend at every appointment. I can't recommend this wonderful bunch of girls enough!!

I’ve been going to this place for almost a year and I absolutely loved it. Came in one day during break on work and fell in love. Jax and Katie are great. I only give it two stars because of a recent bad interaction. I was running late because I had a flat tire, my appointment was scheduled for 9:45 and I got there at 10:05. I called them to let them know because I had three services booked, dermaplaning, chin and lip wax. The receptionist explained to me over the phone that I wouldn’t be able to receive all three services but that I could still get the dermaplaning. I am in the parking lot and the receptionist calls me to tell me that I couldn’t receive the services that I booked for the day and that I would have to come at a later time. I explained to her that I was going on a trip and this was my only time to do these services. I understood that I couldn’t receive all three but my waxes were scheduled at 11:00 and 11:15 so I should’ve received some type of service instead of being turned away, and I was charged for all three services. I was even more disappointed because I called three times and each time the manager was busy and she left so I never even got a chance to talk to her. Overall I loved this place, but this was very disappointing and honestly odd because I’ve been going to Kiki’s Beauty Bar for almost a year now.

Do not go to these demented psychopaths. They will burn your face and take no responsibility. I am reaching out to the health department to get these monsters closed down. The idiot owner put too much of the chemical peel on my face resulting in chemical burns. You can get the money back from the dispute but you can't get your license back once its revoked for medical negligence.

Unfortunately I will never go back here. They do a great job but my tech Sheena cancelled on me hours before my spray tan two days before my wedding and this place refused to squeeze me in with anyone else and left me high and dry for my wedding. They also told me there was no issue with scheduling lashes before a facial and my girl told me she couldn't put on all the lotions she normally does and that I shouldn't have scheduled lashes before a facial. The girl over the phone told me it would be no issue but that was a lie. I really liked my tech but leaving me high and dry days before my wedding is not cool.
