Kiki was efficient, friendly and professional. She was soft-handed and quick, with little to no tearing. I have 180+ dreads and though she didn't use tools that I was used to, her work was amazing. She washed and styled my hair for the price included. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a maintenance of their dreads, and the cost was great.

I booked an appointment for some starter locks and she was amazing! My appointment was at 10 and we got started a little early. She quoted me 2 hours and that exactly how long it took her and she styled and shaped up the back of my head. Thank you thank you! I’m happy I finally found someone with the skills and punctuality to loc my hair!

Please Black Women in Colorado Springs, if you want a true sew in, quick weave, braids, and Locs. She was able to get me in at 5:30 and she did not play around. She washed, conditioned, blow dryed my hair, braided it for the sew-in and styled it. Also, the best part, was she provide the hair, cap, and braiding hair. Prices are more than reasonable. Please check out Tresses. Also, I did not curl it today and i have been sitting in the airport for 6 hours because of flight delays.

Great hair! I ordered the Afro kinky curly bundles & they came super quick! Seller was responsive & most importantly, the hair took color so well. Didn't loose its texture. God willing, I plan on ordering from tresses again for sure.

I haven’t had time to go into the store but when I do speak with the owner, she has great customer service and very attentive. I order my items online to be picked up and she literally has them ready to go within 5 min. The best service so far I’ve received from a hair store. I would highly recommend her shop.

I've ordered from her online store 3 separate times. It always comes quickly. This last time I was buying products for a friend that straightens their hair and I don't do that. I called to ask for product recommendations and the owner guided me through recommended products and the reasons why they're needed for each step. She was constantly doing hair before opening her shop so you know she knows her products. My friend is IN LOVE with all of her recommendations. The owner is so kind and efficient. Definitely will continue ordering from here.
