It's okay for the most part. But they need to listen when you are informing them that they are pulling your skin too hard and that it's painful. It seems like it was a little hard for understanding when I tell you it's painful. location is convenient parking horrible.

Today is my wife's birthday get her nails done. My wife explained to the lady. What kind of nails And Color that she wanted on her nails and a lady Messed it up She never took her time And she told her it was going to be 45$ She charging us 80$. My wife is very Upset. Overcharging for the price and She wasn't happy with The nails

I’m a nail girly always get the most done to my nails, I had gave this place a chance and disappointed was a understatement, my nails looked awful and for the price they should of looked phenomenal ! Nails look bad and very very over priced !!!!! This basic basic set was $65 for what? My nails were bulky when I told her tapered square, and half of them were severely crooked!

Kiki nail spa and beauty is the best lash tech and nail tech in the city. Service is amazing and I travel out of state just to come to her to get my lashes and nails done. A must go hands down

I want you guys to be the judge of my experience! I was seated at Tina's desk the moment I walked in, so no appointment needed. I told her the design I wish to have and request not so long nails. It seems like I struck a nerve of some sort, because here comes her verbal assault. "Omg is she crazy? She wants a long nail design on a short nail!" "I'm speechless" "How foolish" etc...... Of course, she says all these in Mandarin. If you are wondering how I know? I'm Chinese but Chinese people doesn't think I'm Chinese lol. And I didn't disclose that I understand EVERY SINGLE words they said lol. You probably wonder why I didn't leave? I'm on a very tight schedule that day, changing a salon won't fit. I end up changing to another Hello Kitty design. My nails end up not so Hello Kittyish. But because I loves cats as well, I would said it is passable. My nails cost $100, and I gave her $26 in tips. Does she deserves that tip? Her attitude definitely a NO. But my cat ghostly nails are still cute, a YES. I do believe in tips so I tipped. A week later, my cat eyes looks blind. The fact that they are open on Sunday and doesn't require a appointment is definitely a plus. But the trash talks....... P.S. I saw a short vid on IG regarding these people trash talk. There is a ongoing discussion about it. To the store owners and employees, if our hands and feet are flawless, you won't be EMPLOYED!

The one star is for the manicure , I came in literally today ( my birthday) I came in for just lashes ... I asked the one of the ladies do they do nail designs she said yes I showed her a picture she said yes i can do that. ... and she couldnt do it .. it looked a mess so i changed my mind and wanted chrome she was upset and refused to finish my nails ... another nail tech came and finished my nails ... so I will never be getting nails done from here again but lashes yes!! ♡

This was my first visit to Kiki’s and it was definitely a good one. The ladies that work here were very friendly and professional. I was there to get my lashes done and the technician did a really great job. I just wanted lashes that looked natural and short, and that’s exactly what I got. I use to only get my lashes done when going away but now I want them all the time.

i wanted square and i got chunky! plus the french tips are uneven and all of the nails are shaped differently. but they do toes really cute and service is good. just a bit disappointed especially cuz of how much i had to pay for these
