I had a good experience. It's kinda difficult to complete scheduling, but I like the stylist when I have an appointment. Affordable, and the place is normally quiet.

I have been going to Tasha who works in Kiki’s salon for about two or more years. I was recommended by my mom who thought she did great work which is what I perceived at first too. However, I will not be returning due to the change in her service. First, she came in about 25 minutes late to my appointment and didn’t acknowledge it or even apologize. Then she proceeded to tell me that I was not her client even though I’ve been to her before. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because she explained her confusion and I thought we were good to go. Yet, she then tried to change my appointment type twice which were both more expensive than the service that I originally booked and have always booked with her since I first began my journey with her. From there she then decided that she was not going to wash, fully blow dry, trim, and style my hair. Instead she told me that she would only be doing a trim. She also did not fully blow out my hair to complete the trim. Instead she did it on a fro. She then called another client of hers which I assume is a regular and told her to come in for my appointment time. I am disappointed in the way that she has changed her services to only cater to those who are able to come more frequently and dismiss those who do not or are unable to. I would not recommend her to anyone who may be looking for a new stylist as she may not be as hospitable as other reviews claim since those usually come from her regular clients. I wasted my time and gas to be disrespected and to only receive a trim rather than a full service which I planned for.

Still going and always have an amazing experience everytime....its almost 6 years and I'm still here. This salon is the best in Jacksonville...her prices are wonderful and she educates you on your hair and products. I have long hair and I don't like too many people in my head so I am so glad I found a salon. She is my beautician in Jacksonville for life. Clean and comfortable salon too with no drama which is also a big plus for me. Try her and set appointment on styleseat app. Ask for kiki and tell her you was sent from review.

The stylist wasvery personable and took excellent care of my grandmother. She was apprehensive at first because she recently relocated from out of town. She was pleasantly surprised to find someone she quickly was comfortable with. I would recommend Kiki's Hair Studio to anyone looking for a stylist. Kat gave my grandmother a shampoo and roller set and my grandmother said she loved the shampoo process.Kiki had adult and children clients. She was super patient with the children and listened attentively to their style requests.

One of the best salon experiences ever. I love the atmosphere and I always have trouble booking Ms. KiKi online (cause she stay booked) so she squeeze me in to work with my schedule. 1/23/2019, over a year later so this is an update to the prior paragraph. She is an absolutely amazing person and even more amazing stylists. She sincerely cares about everyone that walks through her door.

I've been with Mrs.Kiki ever since she left hairschool! She has a really nice salon and she does really great syles... She has been the first person to ever style or touch my hair, and its been that way for 11 years now! Thanks Mrs.Kiki!
