I am so glad I was recommended Kim J Beauty for my wedding day! We planned a last-minute elopement and they were able to accommodate me less than two months in advance (in fairness, I got married on a Monday!) Madison did an amazing job with my hair and makeup, I truly never felt more beautiful. I also really appreciated how warm and personable she was, that made me feel so much more relaxed on my wedding day. It was truly a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend their service enough!

I had a fantastic experience working with Kim and her team for my wedding hair and makeup. The entire process was relaxed and stress-free, which was exactly what I needed on such an important day. Kim was attentive throughout, regularly checking in and reminding me to share inspiration photos to ensure everything was perfect. On the day, Maddi did my hair and makeup, and she was wonderful! Her friendly and professional demeanor put me at ease, and we had such a lovely chat while she worked her magic. I felt comfortable and truly beautiful. Kim J Beauty was absolutely phenomenal for my wedding! A big shoutout to Tosha and Lily- they were incredible. They put me at ease, had lots of patience as we fine-tuned my look, and even gave me product recommendations that I now use regularly. Our wedding was on a remote ranch in Westcliffe, CO, but the distance was no issue for them. Tosha and Lily did hair and makeup for me, my mom, my mother-in-law, and my husband’s sister—everyone looked flawless. Getting ready together was such a fun part of the weekend, and their positive energy and professionalism made it even better. I cannot say enough good things about this team and wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They exceeded all our expectations, and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you, ladies!! Kim J Beauty was fantastic!!! I could not recommend them more. The team did hair and makeup for a GIANT wedding party of 10 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and me, the bride. Everyone loved the way they looked and it truly made the photos and whole day incredible. Kim was also fantastic, her and her team made sure the day was relaxed, seamless, and honestly even finished early which was perfect! I could not recommend them enough!

Christine at Kim J Beauty saved the day! I was not confident in doing my own wedding hair and makeup and she absolutely nailed everything I asked for. I even threw her for a loop and had a completely different hairstyle picked out than previously planned and she didn’t bat an eye and put it all together so beautifully. Cierra and Ciara did hair and makeup for my wedding day and they absolutely killed it! I wanted curls with my hair down and natural looking makeup. Cierra put a hidden braid in my hair to make sure my veil was secure and it worked so well! My hair held the curls and looked shiny all night! Cierra and Ciara were super friendly and professional and made sure to keep my vision!

I felt SO beautiful on my wedding day thanks to Kim J beauty! I had a trial with Madison a few months in advance and immediately felt comfortable. On our day, she was so natural, patient, and I honestly cant imagine it without her! She navigated the style of myself, my sister, my mom, and two jr. bridesmaids so effortlessly. Jessica and Camille were absolutely fabulous! They took the time to ensure we were comfortable every step of the way, and their attention to detail made all the difference. We were so happy with the final results—they made us feel beautiful and confident without looking overdone, which was a big concern of ours. We just wanted to look like ourselves, but elevated, and they totally crushed it! A huge shoutout also goes to the owner, Kim. Kim and Madison helped me, my bridesmaids, and my mom and MIL get ready the morning of my wedding. They were at the venue and set up before I even arrived. Additionally, Kim was willing to alter her original time schedule based on some modifications that needed to be made for the timing of the day with our photographer. She did so with kindness and patience despite the last minute changes. I could not have asked for a better hair and make-up artist. I had my hair and make-up trial with Kim in April and genuinely felt more beautiful than I ever had, until she somehow topped herself on the morning of my wedding. I felt like such an elevated version of myself while still feeling like myself on my wedding day. My hair and make-up lasted all day despite tears and sweat on my face. It was so fun to have Kim and Madison in the room with us that morning. They are both so personable and added to the excitement of wedding day. Kim, thank you for making me feel and look exactly as I hoped I would on my wedding day. I appreciate you so much and really am so grateful you were there for me that morning. The team at Kim J Beauty (Maddie and Cami) were absolute rockstars! Maddie perfectly captured what I wanted for my hair and make-up in our preview session, and made me super comfortable with the whole process with her vivacious personality. She even convinced me to wear false eyelashes and use setting spray which I was skeptical about (I can’t say that make-up is my thing). Maddie was also very helpful in figuring out how to place my veil and hair flowers in my hair bun (I thought the whole thing would unravel, but it stayed up the entire day). What I loved the most was that the make-up looked so natural and my hair looked incredible. On the wedding day, Maddie and Cami made me, my bridesmaids, my mom and mom-in-law look absolutely STUNNING! They were also very attentive and matched what each of us wanted (some of my bridesmaids preferred more or less make-up). Truly a great experience!

They work with you to get the best results possible for your big day. I felt like Tina and I had known each other for our whole lives. She even helped me into my dress and took our first look photos! Kim runs an incredible company; she was so responsive, sweet, and easy to work with, and Camille & Sydni were a DREAM the day-of (and during my trial). We had 7 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and myself- everyone was not only completed exactly on time, but agreed it was the best hair & makeup they've ever had done. She did such a great job and made me feel so beautiful! This was my first time having airbrush makeup and false lashes and I was so happy with how it turned out! It was a pleasure to work with Kim J Beauty from the beginning. Kim was so friendly during setup of our appointment. On our wedding day, Jessica was wonderful. She arrived early, and she was such a joy to work with. Not only was our makeup beautiful, she worked with each woman to get the look they liked. When I sat down in the chair at the end, I was really nervous because my hair is so thin after a medication side-effect. Jessica did my makeup first, and she really went above and beyond to make sure SHE liked how I looked, which was really reassuring. She took off my eye makeup a couple times because it just wasn't good enough for her. As a client, I really appreciated how she took pride in her work. It made me feel a lot better and less nervous. When she got to my hair, she didn't complain about how thin it was, she just made it work and made me feel beautiful. Jessica was never judgmental, and she was really enjoyable to chat with while she was working. I cannot recommend Kim J Beauty, and specifically Jessica, enough.

Kim and her team were amazing! As someone who doesn’t know a lot about hair and makeup, I was daunted by the process of picking someone. I felt like I searched all over the whole state and finally found Kim J. After chatting on the phone, I felt much more at ease and confident in expressing what I wanted - natural soft glam that made me feel just like a dressed up version of myself. Kim totally got it and was a great communicator along the way. Nicole was my lead stylist and did an amazing job with myself and my bridal party. We did a trial and she easily adjusted a few things and shaped the final look into something I loved and felt comfortable and beautiful to wear all day and night.

Can i just say your team was AMAZING!! They made everyone feel amazing and comfortable and all the girls loved their hair and makeup. My mom who doesn’t wear makeup or do her hair often was amazed and in love with her hair and makeup. I was in love with all of it! My makeup stayed one for 3 days. Super impressed! I had Jessica help me with hair and makeup for 3 occasions: engagement photos, wedding trial, and my wedding. I usually only wear mascara and light concealer or foundation, so it was important for me to find a company that specialized in more natural, soft looks and to have an artist I could trust since I don’t know much about makeup. I can’t tell you enough how happy I am to have had Jessica and Christine do hair and makeup for myself, the groom, our moms, and grandmas. I felt the most beautiful I ever have. I showed her what I look like on a normal day and what my dress / accessories looked like. She offered suggestions and advice on how we could do my hair/makeup to emphasize my natural beauty without looking too unnatural and to compliment the vibe of the rest of my attire. We even improvised a little from my trial and I felt SO good. I felt so sad showering and washing it all out. I wish she could do my hair and makeup everyday!!! They both showed up on-time, got us ready ahead of schedule, were so organized, and were so fun to talk to. They also cleaned and packed up in a breeze! These photos from Alchemy Creative highlight Jessica’s work on me; Christine did my groom’s hair and light makeup. Our moms/grandmas loved having their hair and makeup done by Jessica and Christine. They just lit up when they looked in the mirror, and they enjoyed chatting with them while we got ready. Seriously, the entire team was the best. I wish I could get married again just so I could get all dressed up and have my hair and makeup done by them again ❤️ Kim was also incredibly responsive. I really love the portal they use to communicate, share photos, sign contracts, etc. Everything was very easy to navigate and coordinate. I’d 100% recommend Kim and her team!

Kim and Madi did a fantastic job on our hair and makeup! They were so great to work with and we enjoyed talking to them while getting ready just as much as we enjoyed our looks for the wedding day. Some of my bridal party were a bit indecisive, and Kim's team was willing to work with them trying out different styles and adjusting their makeup until everyone felt their best. We really appreciated their flexibility since many of us hadn't had professional makeup or hair done before. We looked gorgeous!!!!

They were super professional and knowledgable, we had so much fun with them, my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup, they were able to help out with recommendations as well! My hair and makeup stayed put together honestly ALL DAY AND NIGHT, I truly felt like I could not take an ugly picture! Ashley even provided me with a Red Bull (Life Saver), I was running on no sleep my entire wedding weekend. 10/10 recommend, Kim even added on a few services a couple weeks before hand to ensure everyone who wanted make up / hair was able to do so with no problem. We booked with Kim J Beauty for makeup and hair (both bride, groom, and our son) for our elopement last week Our experience was amazing from start to finish! When we initially reached out, they were quick to respond and help us through the booking process while answering any questions we had. They truly tailored our package and day to fit perfectly with our needs. Day of, Ashley came to our AirBnB in Boulder. She was there a touch early and fully prepared for our appointment. She was engaging and so sweet while absolutely nailing my look! She double checked before getting started on each task and was genuinely open and happy to pivot if we had wanted to switch up our original chooses. She ensured to let us fully check after as well, offering to change or tweak anything we wanted. She also double checked with us on any allergies we might have which is so important for your wedding day and I wouldn’t have even thought about that 😅 They followed up with me after the fact as a company to ensure that everything went off without a hitch and that we were satisfied with their service. Our experience with Kim J Beauty was incredible! You could truly tell that they love what they do and care so much. We come to CO often and if needing hair and makeup services while there, they will be the first company I reach out to!
