I seriously love this place! Everyone at the office is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable on all the things. They have really great monthly specials and when they have a tox party, it is always a good time. There’s also an office dog that serves as a therapy dog for those who might be a little bit nervous about a procedure. I can’t recommend Kimiko enough!

I am so super happy to have found Kimiko! All of the staff is amazing. From the ladies at the front desk when you walk in I felt welcomed. Lindsey is fantastic at explaining every bit of info along the process and aftercare. I only wish I had found them sooner. Thank you ladies!

I am very detail-oriented when it comes to this type of thing and I have seen their work and it really looks good. My only complaint is that I called to make an appointment and they didn't even take a moment to help me or get a translator so we could communicate. The girl who helped me simply said, "I don't speak your language" and continued speaking to me in English, knowing that I didn't understand. I felt very discriminated against.

Karma hands down is the best! I will not let anyone else touch my skin. She cares about her clients and won’t recommend things you do not need. After two babies my stomach was wrecked, she recommended Morpheus 8 and did a fantastic job. The equipment is only as good as the technician who wields it and she does a great job and is always thorough!

Another visit. The ladies here are fantastic! From the front desk to the clinicians- everyone is amazing! It’s the type of place you just want to hang out and enjoy your time getting pampered. I Highly recommend! The service and friendliness is superb! Lovely office, welcoming atmosphere. Their motto is “you are lovely and beautiful”- and they treat you that way. :) Karma, Amy, Abby, Chera & Bentley are amazing, warm, informative, and kind. I look forward to going back.

Came here to get a thread lift on my forehead, they injected wayyy too much numbing, I started to bleed, they injected more, I bled even more! It was so painful and scary to see my face with obvious threads being seen and no lift, tons of swelling!!They then used heat to try to remove the threads, which did nothing. They gave my back my money but I swelled every day severely for 2 months and then randomly for several more! it was 6 months of hell healing from this!! Never go here!!! I went to a plastic surgeon for a consult and he said they did it incorrectly and could have caused facial paralysis!!!

Had the worst experience here just before my wedding day. Injected where I didn’t need, bad bruising and then called to say I owed them more money on my honeymoon. I asked for a manager to call me and they said just forget it. 🫣 Never will I ever recommend this place.

I love Karma, she did an excellent job on my face and it was totally painless. I looked at least 10 years younger. I absolutely love going to Chera Kimikos place, they make you feel so relaxed from the minute you walk in, you are met with the best and nicest people in the business. They also run great specials. Run don’t walk if you’re considering Botox or Diamond glow, actually anything having to do with your skin.

I received a Diamond Glow facial treatment from Karma today and was very pleased with the results! The hot towels, music, and massage made it that much more relaxing! Will be getting one again in the future! 10/10 <3

I truly prefer the real Botox other that what they really use. If they start to use the real "Botox" ill be back. Very nice atmosphere.

Let me start by saying that this is one of the warmest, most welcoming and caring aesthetic spas I’ve ever been to. Everything from the smiling faces at the reception counter or a furry paw “hello” from Bentley to the personable and talented girls who work their beautiful magic, in the back. I’ve gone, and will continue to go to this establishment, not only because of the wonderful services they provide, but also for how they make me feel. Everyone is a valued client, and they make sure you know it! I’ve seen them for injections, Diamond Glow, Microneedling, and Semaglutide and will surely try other services, in the future, as well. Chera, along with her beautiful staff, are absolute rays of sunshine.😊
