TERRIBLE and INCONSIDERATE. I scheduled my appointment and sent pictures of exactly what I wanted. I spoke with Kine and she confirmed she could do the style and gave me a price. I told her I will see you tomorrow at the appointment time. I sent a text an hour before my appointment to confirm the address, but I did not get a reply. As I am on my way to the appointment, I called to make sure I was at the correct location. Kine said, "Oh, I have another client. I didn't think you were coming because you didn't send me a picture of your preferred hair." Hair that I had purchased myself. I rearranged my entire schedule for this appointment, and she didn't have the courtesy to let me know she canceled my appointment for someone else. Then asked me would I like to pick another day... Really heifer?

When did knotless braids start being painful? I have been to this shop three times but I will never go back. You ask for something and show a picture and they do the opposite but do not say that they cannot achieve the style. I do not recommend this place! The lack of professional etiquette and courtesy is not here, that means they are rude! It is not sanitary no combs are soaked and clean. They drop combs and hair and then pick it up and put it in the clients head. I will stock with American hair braiders for a better experience for the amount of money that you pay.

My braids was coming out within 2 days and buy 2 weeks I had lost about 10 or more braids! Because they would not fix them, I had to do it myself! So, that was a wast of $200! The sad part is the owner does not care, it is about making money and not about good customer service!

I’ve been getting my hair braided at this salon for over 14 years, one of the longest standing clients. Not once have I ever had a complaint or concern about my hair pertaining to the quality of work and artistic expression put forth each time I sit in that chair. The salon owner never fails to remember my children’s names and ages given that she hasn’t seen them in many years. That shows how much she pays attention to detail as well as the clients she serves.

The lady is very nice. The hair extensions sewing I got were not the best, my head was looking like a huge pump, plus the hair was getting loose in less than 2 weeks.

Absolutely amazing professionals. I recently did the big chop to remove all relaxed hair. I was a little hesitant at first simply because I didn't know my hair could be gripped. Auntie did a wonderful job!!!!
