Best massage of my life! He targeted all of my problem areas and definitely knew what he was doing. The massage was a mix of tension relief and chiropractic care. I left feeling better than I have in a long time!

Bad. i was unlucky to have different person. i left the place with all my energy drained. i asked for same service i had last time and it was not what i wanted. My Sacro bone hurts and needed some stretching and what i got was nothing. she even asked me for a HE… omg really? i needed to have a problem solved not a “pleasure” moment 🤮 they should bring more professionals not “anyone” The lady was pushing me to pay her before the service and after she pushed me in violent way to tip her so i denied. even the owner in a intimidating way came out and i explained how to tip for a service it was not what i asked for. i left the place totally as i said above, drained!! zero mood

I’ve been to plenty of body rub massage places, and this was what I learned afterwards a Qigong Tuina massage —deep tissue , tension relief, some chiropractic like practice. After the massage , I slept 100% better and my joins feel less tight. The individual who took care of me was completely committed to having me leave better than I came in. If you can endure some pain for a lighter less tense body , this is the place for you. I am looking forward to coming back. Thank you!

I went and took the service with the Chinese woman who is the owner, she is disgusting, she farts while doing the massage, she has a bad smell and she spent all her time answering calls and texting on her cell phone while she was doing my massage, I do not recommend nobody this place.

I will not in my life visit this spa service again. I did not get what I asked for. I asked for a foot/reflexology massage, but ended up getting a whole body massage. I confirmed with the staff several times before receiving service that I wanted a foot massage and still ended up receiving a whole body massage. I confronted them after the service and told them what I requested and they were arguing with me stating that I said that I wanted a body massage. This is a shady business. DO NOT GOT TO THIS BUSINESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

EDIT - good to know there is a video that you have admitted to here (the rest of what you wrote is inaccurate). I have screencaptured that you admit there is a video, and will be filing a police report upon my return to NY. the lady in the photo is clearly UNSTABLE as she think its ok to become aggressive and PUSH paying customers. 1) The owner accepted TWO phone calls during the course of my 1 hour massage, and left the room on BOTH occasions which does not make for a relaxing setting. 2) The owner is extremely VIOLENT and aggressive. She demanded a tip and started yelling at me when I told her she would not be getting a tip because I was dissatisfied. She then became PHYSICALLY AGGRESSIVE and physically assaulted me, a paying customer. STEER CLEAR from this place. There are plenty of cheap massages all over the city where you will not be physically attacked by management.

First person to leave 1 star review. Not sure why everyone gave 5 stars. I thought the massage was mediocre. $40 for 60 mins so it's a try. However, massage was only 50 minutes. The worst part is owner. Super happy & cheerful to see you coming in but super pissed at end that i'm leaving a 25% tip and not the ~40% tip she tells you to give. The splitting of personality, yelling at you for not agreeing on her tip, throwing receipt in your face, i would not recommend this place. Left with more stress than relaxation.

I used to go here all the time when I lived in NYC and seek them out whenever I come back, specifically Thomas. He knows exactly where the knots are and fixes you completely. I've sent friends there and they equally rave about Thomas. This is a MUST when you are in NY and also have great prices. Thank you for always fixing my knots Thomas!
