nails were alrightttt, i told her that i didn’t want a tapered square (she didn’t know what that was, i explained it to her), and i still got tapered square ?? toes came out super cute tho!!! also, you’ll receive a little sticky note w/ their name and the price. keep that, that’s what they’ll use to ring you up at the end.

!!!FINALLY!!! I am new to this area(Relocated). After trying 2 HORRIBLE nail salons in this area. I found a nail tech(Janie) and nail salon(King Spa) that does an AWESOME job! ❤️I am in love with this place❤️ Also, Janie does a wonderful job on eyebrows. They say 3rd try is a charm & I agree! I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you King Spa!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

I was unhappy with the nails I got done and provided feedback, the manager (or owner) called me back and offered to fix them. He redid my nails until I was satisfied with them and was very meticulous. Great customer service.

Dany did a great job. He was really thorough and took the time to do a fantastic pedicure. It was easy to book an appointment and the salon was incredibly clean. They offered snacks and drinks. Nice salon.

I was greeted with, "hello. How may I help you?" (instead of the typical, "what do you need today?") upon entering. So, that was a good start. Danny and Jenny worked on my feet and nails. They were both very thorough & pleasant. This was my first time here. I'm sure I'll be back.

My first visit today in search of a salon that follows proper procedures. King Nail Spa failed to deliver. Upon walking in I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. I needed a SOAK OFF and a new set. I explained this to the host and the Nail tech. The tech began her work and despite my explaining more than once and even in great detail- she still attempted to pry off my old set using a tool to wedge the old Nail away from my natural Nail. I again explained this was painful as well as damaging to my real nails. She argued with me about how she would proceed. Ultimately my old set was still ripped off. As a client I was happy to pay for the extra services. I will not return. I felt as if the tech did not want to listen to what I wanted. I intended on Nail art and designs but genuinely just wanted to leave after just beginning. My set was rushed and my nails are damaged.

THE BEST NAIL SALON IN COLUMBIA! I’ve been a loyal customer of Alpha Nails on Clemson Road since my 23rd birthday in September 2022 and have been impressed with their work since. I only go to Alpha Nails on Clemson and I only let Win do my nails. No exceptions. He does an amazing job with each set. During each visit, Win remembers my face and knows the exactly what I want done to my nails. Great conversation, very attentive, and manicures are always done beautifully. This is my most recent set for the Christmas holiday. Exception job! Thanks, Win!

Me and my girlfriend went to get her nails done last week the next day a nail popped off easily after trying to get something out of it, today all four except her thumb have popped off with ease while she’s at work (she’s a server not too much labor being done with her hands enough to break) we paid $171 plus $20 tips for each person we went to please make sure they thicken the acrylic so yall nails ain’t poppin off like this !

The young lady did a great job on my nails...tried to get this done at another nail salon...it didn't come close to this and they charged me more....I just wished I had got her name..

This is a nice atmosphere with good service. You are offered drinks during your appointment. Hannah did a fantastic job, I will be going back to her next time I get my nails done.

I frequent this salon regularly. Today I brought my sister and daughter to celebrate her birthday. She showed a picture of what she wanted and they delivered! They are always so sweet, careful, and attentive.

I got exactly what I asked for! My full set and pedicure turned out perfect. Prices were extremely fair and the customer service was beyond perfect. I live 30 minutes away and I will always make the drive to have my nails done here! If you choose this salon, you surely won’t be disappointed.

Definitely a 10/10. I was a little skeptical at first to get my nails done; was nervous about them not getting the shape/design correct but Pino did excellent work and was quick! Also, got a pedicure done by someone else (sorry, I did not get a name), but they were good as well!

a nail technician used my hand to model his nails, i was surprised when it was done, i thought it was not popular here, but i thought it was beautiful! and that for sure you can give them the design you ask for, and they can do it well!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
