Best thing I've done for myself in a very long time, my gal Ivy was fantastic! From the soaking of my feet while sipping lil glass of wine to getting my ears cleaned, every lil detail was magnificent! I will always book a session with King Nail & Spa when I come to town! 10 out 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have been a loyal customer of King Nails for many years, but service lacks severely on busy Saturdays when they bring in non-regular technicians to handle the increased demand. Unfortunately, today’s visit was beyond disappointing. Despite being told the wait time would be just 20 minutes, I ended up waiting an hour and a half. When I was finally seated, I was assigned to a technician I had never seen before. The service fell short of expectations, and to make matters worse, I was charged an outrageous $87 for a full set with a simple design on a few nails—$5 per nail. This was significantly higher than anything I had paid in the past, even for more intricate designs. What disappointed me most was the attitude of the regular staff, who know I have been a loyal customer for years. The man at the front avoided eye contact, while the woman dismissed my concerns, stating that pricing is “basically” up to the technician. (Since when?) Although the technician eventually offered a $10 discount, the final cost was still beyond what I have ever experienced at this salon. Going forward, I will only return when Nina, my trusted technician, is back from maternity leave. Today, King Nails truly let me down, and it’s disheartening to see how they prioritize profits over their long-standing customers.
