Spa salle avec des gens qui parlent trop fort ,le jacuzzi de couleur marron et pour finir le gas à la réception est très désagréable et nous a gronde parce que on a refusé de payer un extra qu’on a pas consommé. Il parle d’une manière impolie et désagréable on nous disons de ne plus revenir.comme si c’était à lui de décider de ce que nous devons faire. J’espère que la direction prendra les sanctions nécessaires car comme ça ils risquent de perdre beaucoup d’argent.(clients)

Très mauvaise expérience à cause de l'employé à la réception, qui nous a humiliés et expulsés comme si nous étions des moins que rien. Il nous a demandé de payer des boissons que nous n'avions pas consommées. Mon mari avait effectivement un coca qu'il souhaitait régler, mais il a refusé et nous a expulsés sans la moindre explication. Du coup, nous ne reviendrons plus. Un petit conseil : il serait préférable de placer des personnes agréables et souriantes à ce type de poste, car cela peut vraiment gâcher toute l'expérience.

$50 admission past 6pm, $70 for a combo admission & 1 hr massage. The facilities are OK. There's a hot pool, steam room, and dry sauna. Not the best but not the worst. However the massage was one of the best I have ever had. And I've been all over NYC at some of the most expensive places. Ask for Eva, she is amazing. The massage is in the rest area and blocked off by curtains so you will still hear talking and music outside, but it wasn't a dealbreaker for me. Also ignore the negative reviews from entitled Jewish customers who are upset because there are no kosher food options. This is a CHINESE bath house, why would you expect kosher food here? Just goes to show the level of self-entitlement some people have. The world does not revolve around you or your culture. You are a guest in another community's space so show some basic respect like a decent human being. Suggestion to management: please enforce the no phones rule in the nude/wet areas better. I see customers with their phones when there are naked people walking around. Not cool.

Dirty place, panties are drying off in the sauna, no common area for couples. The music downstairs was horrendous. THE BEATS VIBRATE THE WHOLE PLACE. In the spa!!!! It’s despicable.

I bought two admission tickets for over 80 dollars from Groupon.com, but when I tried to use them, I was told the prices had changed, and I needed to pay the difference according to the store's current rate. This feels like such a scam.

To Brian . Maybe you’re the one that needs to show some respect and no where you’re at! Your focus on Jewish people is obviously anti-somatic. I didn’t see any post by “Jews” that was dragging this place through the mud. They were only stating that there wasn’t kosher Food offered while they wish there was. If they did perhaps more kosher people would go there. Somehow I get the feeling that you’re the one who feels entitled. Or maybe you just like having someone or a group to blame.

Total Rip Off The Guy At The Counter is a dick who works the night shift they want you to tip for every service which is insane i dont mind tipping but calling someone back and forth to the counter and their excuse of not speaking in english even though we live in USA if it was China i understand The service is good but they want you to pay for every little service they provide

For $40 before 6pm, excellent value in my mind for a couple of rounds of sauna, compared to $60 and above for a similar experience elsewhere in Brooklyn. The areas I visited seemed clean enough (in reference to a previous comment), and sandals and towels are provided in any case. No cold plunge (just a cold shower), but that's similar to other, more expensive sauna places in the area, too.

Nice massage. Disgusting place! The jacuzzi is dirty and cold. I wouldn't go back there again. They charge to enter but when you leave they want more money for a tip. If you are looking for a massage, look elsewhere.

Not recommended. Expensive and not worth the price. Only the massage is good. Other than that, everything is bad. They charge a fee at the entrance, and when you leave, they just want more money.

I was glad I found King Spa because I was dead dog tired from walking around Sunset Park all day. The soap shelves by the showers are moldy, there is no reason why the workers can't take a few minutes to clean them. I thought the dry sauna was OK. I thought the outdoor area was nice until all the cigarette smokers forced me to retreat back inside. The ramen noodles were good and so were the watermelon slices. The guy who took my money at the front desk said they had hot tea but that was not true. It wasn't easy, but I managed to doze off for an hour or so, there was some kind of loud thumping music coming from another business downstairs. I guess the shower, sauna, food, nap and use of the toilet was worth the $50. I am hoping to find another spa in the area where I will be able to nap and shower. I really do not think I'll return to King Spa unless I have no other choice.

工作人员态度可以，经理应该去休息室逛逛，把打呼噜大声的和很晚大声说话的给分区处理，或者限制大声打呼噜进入，打呼噜已经严重影响别人了，总不能为了一个客人，得罪百分之九十九的人。我打算今晚再来一个晚上，想想还是离开

This placed not professional at all, and the abusive massage was very unprofessional and they have no license Also as well rude, I was very unhappy the manager was talking to me like I’m I’m some sort of a prisoner it was embarrassing and humiliating this place has to be looked at
