Adding to my review below now after an acupuncture session with Dr Silvia. One session made tremendous progress with my tight Achilles. She is very thorough and clear in her diagnosis and treatment of this aggravated sports injury. One session has put me on a better path to easing the discomfort. Thank you Dr Silvia!!! The spa is a very calm/intimate setting with lovely and skilled staff and ownership. I’m in and out of town, so this is now my “go-to” when in Miami for their infrared sauna experience - a great detox for me when on the road without tons of time. Front desk customer service is outstanding with Oriana and Silvio definitely accommodated my fluid schedule. I appreciate that and them, very much! -PM

From the moment you walk into Kiron spa, no detail is spared. I’ve been to many spas and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had in Miami! I did the infrared sauna followed by an amazing massage and facial that left my skin glowing. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly I felt taken care of the entire time which is amazing as a busy mom. Highly recommend and I will be going back!

I had an amazing experience during my session with Vinicius , an osteopath at Kyron Spa. I scheduled this session because a friend of mine told me he has magic hands. I have to agree with her. I entered the room with severe neck pain and left feeling like a new person after his techniques. Thank you so much for following up with me the next day to ask if I was feeling better. I gratefully replied: LIKE NEW! No pain anymore ! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

There I treat my body and mind with the best sports massage, I leave there super relaxed. I also love the acupuncture, I feel invigorated, and my heath thanks that. In addition, there is the wonderful detox package. We all need to slow down sometimes. Best place to take care of yourself.

Kiron Spa is an oasis in Brickell! The owners Fran and Roberta are very attentive to every detail and provide the perfect pampering experience. Janette (massage therapist) is the absolute best!! I tell her she has magical hands all the time as she really does. Worth every penny!

I have an AMAZING time at Kiron Spa. The staff is SO KIND. I did a 30 minute sauna. I was nervous it was my first time but after the first five minutes my body felt amazing. It helps to meditate or journal while inside the sauna. I feel so refreshed now! Thanks again

I’ve been coming to Kiron Spa since 2022 for Dr. Silvia's acupuncture treatment and I love it in here. I was pregnant with strong back pain and she was able to completely relieve my pain. The owners do a great job maintaining the place welcoming - it is neat, pretty, they offer great service, always have delicious tea or cake or something. Silvio in the front desk is very helpful. Plus free parking.
