I just turned 25 and I’m going through postpartum Very unhappy with my experience at kisha hair place I asked for curtain bangs she gave me botched 2012 looks like a child did it cause kept have conversation with everyone that walks in not paying attention to my hair gave me the worst bang of my life than lied about fixing it the next day I paid for a cab to go half way she sends me 25 dollars and tell me to forget about coming I will not ever come back to this place again

My sister went here after she gave birth to do a scalp treatment and trim and wanted to try a curtain bang… yall the way this lady played in my sister hair i almost went to jail. My sisters baby is only 2 months she’s very fresh into postpartum and this has really took the icing on the cake. Kisha for you to be so good with her hair to this is ridiculous and just unacceptable. It’s sooo sad how you did her hair and she’s constantly referring you to me and now she has this hair style from hell which has me set to never look in this companies direction. My sister asked for a trim refund at least she said it’s not going to fix nothing to just come in so she got a cab there and in the middle of the ride she sends her 20 and tell her to stay home because she been there long enough 💔 this woman incredibly rude and unprofessional. My sister payed $145 to feel like herself after having a baby for Kisha to throw her off the deep end. Shame on this lady for real i hope you reap what you sow. She asked for curtain bangs.. there’s not reason her hair should’ve be parted from the middle of her head and cut above her eyebrow… thick ahh bang girl like you really played i my sister hair wth wrong with you ?!

Very unprofessional with no consideration of your time even if you have an appointment. I got threatened by another client who the stylist decided to service during my appointment time. The style seat app should be reported because clients should have the option to cancel without being charged half the appointment amount if they are not being serviced professionally.

Kisha is very unprofessional. First off she was late for the appointment I was waiting for 20 minutes outside because the shop was closed. Started arguing with me because I told her my hair was burning from getting color. My face is now burnt up . After she got upset I guess because I complained about my hair burning. She caught an attitude saying she’s being nice to me . I ignored it and just let her continue to do her job but once I realized I can’t sit in pain for 30 minutes, I let her know. She then caught an even bigger attitude throws the comb down and started cursing. Now we’re going back and forth. She comes back to the sink now saying let her wash the color out my hair so I can get out her shop. As she’s washing my hair out my shirt is getting wet all I said to this lady was hold on my shirt is getting wet. She slams the comb down and says I’m making her job hard. She then immediately closed her door and call the police on me saying I’m being “disgruntled “ and didn’t want to pay. Mind you never once did I say I wasn’t paying and with this app you’re charged right after your appointment so I’m confused how she wasn’t going to receive payment. Either way left there with my hair undone for Mother’s Day. I wish I could do zero stars to be honest but I will never go back to this establishment! My face is burnt all around me edges and the back of my neck.

Kisha is the most an unprofessional hairstylist EVER! My family and I has supported her business for years and she decides to threaten to fight us! She set an appointment for my niece to get her hair done at 3pm. My niece gets there at 2:50pm and she tells her to come back for 4pm. Okay that’s fine we’ll wait an extra hour. Then she pushes her appointment back again to 5pm because she wasn’t done with her clients hair. Now it approaches 6 and my niece still doesn’t have her hair done! Like why would you triple or double book appointments if you are the only stylist there? My niece has other obligations after she got her hair done and all she can say is “well if you don’t like it oh well” not I’m sorry or I’ll take a few dollars off of bill NOTHING! Just unprofessional as HELL! Smfh we won’t be back there anymore

I loveeee this place Kisha has amazing energy and a sweet spirit. She’s extremely knowledgeable about hair. When I went in my 4c hair was superrrr dry, tangled, brittle, broken and everything in between. She took her time and my silk press came out so niceeeee. I let her cut off a lot of my split ends and my hair felt so good and healthy after the cut. I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment. Very excited for my hair journey with Kisha. I left there with bomb hair and a great therapy session 🥹Recommend a thousand percent.

Keisha does great work on Natural hair. My daughter wanted a Silk press and Keisha did it and it lasted for 3 weeks it was worth the money. I will do it again for her soon. Thank you for proving to me that it's not a waste.

Kisha and Tyra are absolutely amazing! They hooked my hair up my first time visiting the salon. My hair was extremely damaged from poor styling and stress, and Kisha told me exactly what to do to get my hair back on track. Tyra gave me a good wash and blow and now I have a trusted salon I can go to regularly. Super appreciate them and I recommend to any woman of color in need of great stylist.

Kisha is super sweet, informative, and attentive. She listened and addressed my hair concerns. I have damaged, dry brittle super coily 4C textured hair with lots of shedding and lost my edges postpartum which she was able to condition, detangle without strain and give me silkpress and trim. I loved the outcome so I’m looking forward to longer healthier stronger hair as I do my homework with Kisha’s growth oil and return within the recommended time frame for further treatment and services.

Kisha is friendly, her salon is colorful and she's really nice. She did my color, protein treatment, trim, and silk press at the end of December and mind you, I live in ATL. She did a great job. You won't be disappointed.

I like going to Kisha hair salon she very kind and she does my hair beautiful when I first went to her my hair was damaged over processed and heat damage but she brought my hair back to health with treatments my hair is healthy and growing again she great

I lovee Kisha ❤️❤️. I have been coming to her salon for almost two years. She hands down is amazing at silk presses especially for natural hair ladies. When I first started going to her I had very dry scalp and she has completely reversed that and now I have a healthy scalp. Ladies pleasee book with her !!

Kisha’s Salon is a neighborhood institution. If you care about your hair and maintaining it’s health, Kisha is the person to trust. I’ve been going to her for almost 10 years now and my hair has improved a great deal. Her hot oil treatment, which you can purchase online, completely rejuvenates your hair and restores it to a healthy state. It’s really good for dry, brittle, and breaking hair. It makes it nice and smooth and refreshes it. I highly recommend the product.

One of the best experiences I've had at a hair salon in a long time. Excellent, courteous customer service. Stylists were friendly and welcoming. I hate going to get my hair done because I don't have the patience to sit for hours...I'm always ready to go asap!! But I was in no hurry to leave Kisha's salon. I felt like I was just having a good time with friends. The shop was clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and to top it off they did a beautiful job with my hair. I definitely recommend this shop.

I been here twice and I will keep coming back. Kisha and her staff knows what they are doing when it comes to hair. They listen and take their time when it comes to hair maintenance. The prices are fair and they are a HILARIOUS group of women. I highly recommend getting your hair done especially if your hace dreadlocks .
