I have not had my hair done yet but I’m so excited! I’m new to the neighborhood and have tried and tried to get in to this place. I’m impatient so it’s hard to hear that I have to wait for a month but I’m happy for them to be so busy! Stopped in to schedule my appointment and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Got my appointment scheduled and looking forward to being a new client.

Natalia was my stylist and she ROCKED exactly what I wanted but better in my ombre color look! I never had a stylist take on my hair dye requests except for her, and her skills are perfection. Thank you again Natalia and will be back again soon!

Kasia has been cutting my son's hair since he was 6 months old. Our last appointment was less than a week ago, and my son is now calling her mom 😂. She is a great hairstylist with great work and communication.

Natalia does my hair perfectly. She convinced me to get tinsel and it looks so good. I love my hair. The staff is really friendly. 10/10. I would rate 6 stars if I could. <3

You only get once chance to make a good 1st impression. I called 8/24/2021 11am_ish to try to get an appointment for a consult. The woman who answered the phone was rude. I could just barely ask a question before she cut me off sounding exasperated ; as if she could not wait to be rid of the phone call. . She wasnt even willing to hear what services I might need. She said all the sylist were busy, booked back to back.. I get it. , you are in demand. But your girl could have represented your business better, She is actually doing your business a diservice. I see that you have gotten very positive reviews. That is why i chose your establishment . But those have been for the stylist themselves and their work . The reviews should be from the point of 1st contact, not just the stylist and the quality of work they do. I gave one star only because I could not submit a review without at least one star. You deserve zero stars. Some constructive criticism; teach your people to answer the phone with a smile on there face. It comes even if its just via a phone conversation .You can make the prospective client aware of how limited space for appoitments are, in a courteous manner. Train your front staff better. Its a shame that I didnt get the chance to experience the stylist talent.

This place is my go to hair salon. I live 13 hours away and will come in specifically to get my hair done here. When you are a customer here you are treated like family. The stylists here are so talented and know exactly what they are doing... whether it is doing the exact style you request, helping you decide what will look great, giving hair maintenance, or just hanging out or talking, you are well taken care of and will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately had to find a new salon because the old one went downhill. So of course I was apprehensive. ...but I read and heard good things. So I of course I got there late after getting lost. They were so nice about it. Dont be fooled by the small space they are in. Its nice cozy and really a goodtime . I was with Melanie. She did the the best color ever. I mean something you'd see in a hair a magazine.. I highly recommend Melanie at this salon.
