Hands down the BEST facial I have ever had. I saw Kiva for the "stop the clock" facial and it was probably the most amazing thing i have done for myself in years. The atmosphere is so relaxing and Kiva is so kind and truly knowledgeable. She taylored everything to my skins needs and I looked and felt so great after. Thank you Kiva!!

First and foremost, Philip is one of the kindest people and he made sure I was comfortable before we began the massage. He was very communicative when it came to the massage letting me know to give him feedback so we could work together to achieve the results I was looking for. Philip is really good at what he does and I felt so much relief and almost renewed at the end. I will continue to come to KIVA spa because not only the staff are amazing, but the environment is so relaxing and comfortable and every visit has been nothing short of exceptional

Great experience at KIVA. I’m a spa newbie and decided to treat myself to a self-care day before starting a new job. The infrared sauna and massage were great and left me so relaxed. Everything was explained throughout and tailored to what I needed. The prices were reasonable as well. Definitely recommend.

I didn’t actually go to the spa but I did stop by to get one of their famous açaí bowls… and I discovered the cafe has changed ownership and doesn’t sell açaí bowls anymore! I was very bummed and wanted to leave this comment so other people don’t try to come to this location anymore for açaí bowls. The spa is still open but they don’t run the cafe anymore. Sad to have missed what sounded like an amazing bowl..

The customer service is top notch! Kiva helped me book my husband's birthday spa treatment and she went above and beyond to try and accommodate our needs. I would keep coming back just for that kind of service alone.

Audrey gave me the best massage for my Birthday. I came in with lots of pain, and she helped me so much. She also gave me stretches that helped me without causing more pain. She is kind and knowledgeable, and I will be back! Kiva is fantastic, clean and the location is so cute

Breathtaking spa. So relaxing the moment I stepped in. Sauna was excellent, love the robes and spa shoes. My facial was absolutely the best I've had. Stephanie is truly a master at her craft. Such a relaxing, professional woman and my skin feels so refreshed. I will definitely recommend her and Kiva spa to all my clients, friends and family. Stoped at the cafe on the way out. Beautiful, bright, clean cafe with great food and drinks. My strawberry matcha latte and açaí bowl was the cherry on the top for a great afternoon. Thank you Kiva

My detox facial was such a treat and pleasant experience! Stephanie really went above and beyond to make me comfortable and relaxed. I felt like she really spent the time and listened to my skin concerns and all around goals. Plus, the facial itself was OUTSTANDING and I left glowing and radiant. The spa itself is very tranquil, with great lighting and amenities. The private infrared sauna was the cherry on top. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Randomly popped in when walking by. Wasn’t expecting to find one of the best breakfast sandwiches in town. I will definitely be going back UPDATE: I went back and got açaí bowl. Was top notch. Still five stars

The atmosphere and cafe are wonderful. I have not seen products like Tokyo Milk in years! And Michelle is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! She has the best palpation, massage and cupping skills I have ever experienced.

I gifted myself the Signature Kiva Facial from Kiva, the owner, for my birthday and I couldn't be more happy and honored to have received such an amazing treatment. She works effortlessly, with every brush and stroke, it's like a methodical dance. My skin hasn't been so happy lately with hormones and stress and she just did her magic. Then, once we neared the end of the treatment, she did a beautiful and balanced reiki session with me. As a reiki practitioner myself, we sometimes can feel drained but she created a ripple effect. Even my clients are feeling the amazing reiki movement of Kiva!

The entire experience was amazing. From the minute you enter the spa, you're given slippers and taken to a nice room with couches to sip tea or water and unwind a bit. Then my massage guy, Philippe, gave me a foot scrub with salt and hot water. The massage was the best I've ever had!

We had so many good things we tried. We had the strawberry cream matcha latte and it was Yummy.The acai bowl falling in live top notch and the chai tea latte made us crave more. Ambiance was amazing.

First, the cons before the great pro! Received 10% off email for my birthday, but I was told by Paige that I could not use it because it couldn't be combined? I was gifted a massage and facial, and I even chose to pay the difference for a higher priced service but still was told no. The email does not state this but just notes to show email at the time of checkout. She said to use it next time, even though it says to use it within 30 days. Paid for services up front and also asked if I wanted to tip SAY NO and make sure you catch if they add a tip to the "energizing room" which you lay on a table by yourself. But I was charged to tip it, lol. Paige quick to charge and not explain the total. Luckily, I caught overcharging by $198! Luckily, she finally slowed down to listen to me and realized she had missed a gift card. Michell was the most impersonable masseuse I've ever had, and the massage was not worth the money spent (and generous tip). Sorry to say, but I want to be truthful. POSTIVE. 5 STARS FOR STEPHAINE!! This review would be MUCH different (can more than 5 stars be given) if I just encountered Stephaine. SHE WAS AMAZING!!! Kind, caring, she made sure I was comfortable while performing my facial. Truly a professional!! Thank you, Stephanie, for such a great experience. If anyone wants a facial, I HIGHLY recommend her, just take the above advice for a smoother visit.

Lovely Cafe and Spa. Quite the professional for the LMT I had. Great discussion between me and her. Plus great methods used for a spa package massage I got on Groupon. Got a voucher for a free snack at the Cafe. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful,friendly and bubbly. Would recommend.

As always, Kiva does the best facials I have ever had. I already can't wait to go back. Not only for her extremely soothing and magical touch, but for her amazing, caring and beautiful personality and soul. The cafe has delicious food and drinks. I enjoy snacking before or after my spa treatments. The service people make you feel special. It is such a healing experience in every way. Mama Bear

From calling to reschedule due to weather to the end of the service, everyone was wonderful. I don't love being touched, but Steph made me feel safe and cared for. My husband also got a foot massage and he was very pleased with everything as well. We will be making this a monthly visit! Thank you.

I was given this massage/spa day as a gift and I came in ready for a relaxing day and that is what I got! I was truly relaxed which isn't easy for me to do. The space at Kiva made me feel safe and comfortable in my relaxation, I will be coming back!

Very nice atmosphere , smells amazing and excellent facial The only thing that was disappointing and misleading was the free coffee and bakery item listed on the Groupon my son bought for me, the wording pictures made it sound like I would get a fancy coffee and a baked good of my choice that you have in your glass case. Instead I got a tiny chocolate chip cookie and a drip coffee. Either change the wording and picture in Groupon or honor what is advertised.
