This day spa got highly recommended by my friend Their facials are really one of a kind They are using Jet Peel technology and powerful DMK products I Immediately felt difference on my skin Also, the whole experience was very relaxing and felt so different and so special because right after my facial I was invited to enjoy their VR lounge. I got into zero gravity massage chair with Thai stretch , they serve me complimentary mimosas and I also enjoyed a VR experience . Highly recommended great place for couples as well

I have been getting facials for years, and have always had a positive experience. I decided to try something different and go to kiwi spa for a facial recently. This was by far the worst facial I have ever received. The extractions damaged my skin barrier and I have multiple scars and cuts all over my face. It has significantly worsened my hyperpigmntation that I already struggled with. I'm now left with the after math of trying to fix my skin after all the damage I experienced from all the aggressive extractions I received. Review update: I don't understand why they are saying I'm a former employee who they are taking legal action against. That could only be further from the truth. I was a client who paid out of pocket for a facial at kiwi spa. I was highly disappointed with what they did to my skin. They can try to twist the narrative, but I have screen shots of messages where I informed them of how bad my skin was. I attached a copy of my receipt to prove I was a client who paid for a treatment.

I recently visited Kiwi Spa and felt in love with my skin. And of course with their services as well. Their Jet Peel Facial is one of a kind, it's not a chemical peel, but a transdermal oxygen infusion that transformed my skin after just first visit. Just had the DMK Jet Luxe Facial with Shakty last night, wow amazing!!! First, Shakty was so sweet and very knowledgable about skincare. She included a lovely massage during the facial. The facial itself left my face feeling so smooth and glowing and I swear she took a few years off lol. A wonderful experience all around. What a great experience! Thank you Anastasia you are wonderful at what you do. I appreciated the consultation and she really helped me out with my inflammation and congested skin. My skin feels renewed and restored. I would say this is the best facial I have ever received. Very thorough and at a great price for all the services done throughout the treatment. The decor is so cute and the spa has such a welcoming and relaxing vibe to it. It felt great to take a break from life and to be so relaxed for a couple hours. I had the most rewarding afternoon at Kiwi Spa in Grand Ave. Starting with the lounge area that now offers massage chairs. That alone released so much stress from my body. The owner promptly offered me a mimosa and sparkling water which is a nice addition to a massage session. Shakti, my assigned aesthetician, had the best demeanor for this type of service. Her touch is gentle and caring with all the attention to detail that a facial demands. She makes you feel welcome and safe without passing any judgment on your appearance. She walked me through every step she took which made me feel confident in her abilities. My afternoon turned out better than I expected since it was a last minute decision to book this facial. If you are looking for some well deserved TLC Kiwi Organic Spa is the place to get it.

Love coming here! I’ve had two Anti-aging Jet Peels and love the results. I got compliments on my skin for weeks after my facials-From strangers!. I love how it lightens my sun spots and scars, and smooth out my skin and its looks and feels very healthy. The atmosphere is wonderful, calming, and love that they serve champagne.- I truly feel like I’m at a spa. Highly recommend!

So thankful I found kiwi spa! By far the best facial and experience I’ve ever had! They were very tentative to my needs and issues I’ve struggled with for a long time. Unique and special experience. Shani and Lexi were wonderful with me and my 12 year old daughter. The atmosphere at Kiwi is so relaxing and inviting, and both estheticians were so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. We came one year ago as well and no facial experience has matched Kiwi. Their equipment is also top notch. It seems that the staff are very happy, and that the spa is well run.
