I recently had a manicure and pedicure, and it was an outstanding experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt relaxed throughout the entire process. The attention to detail was incredible—the nail art options were stunning, and my nails look flawless! The pedicure was equally amazing, with a soothing massage that left my feet feeling rejuvenated. The salon was clean and welcoming, creating a perfect atmosphere for pampering. I can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to return!

I was in desperate need of getting my nails done due to someone hitting me while roller skating and making me fall on my nail, it was really staring to hurt. Most nail techs want you to book a couple days in advance and since I am new to the area I was unable to. I really appreciated that this salon was open on a Sunday because usually that is the day that I don't have much planned. The nail salon was very nice and very clean, the women were very kind and got to me rather quickly after stating what I came into the salon for. I sat down in the pedicure chair and the ladies started taking my old acrylic off my hands and gel off my toes right away. Both ladies were very gentle and took their time which I appreciate very much. The only reason why I did not give them 5 starts is because 1. The lady on my hands, while she did a great job, took a very very long time just for an overlay and I opted out of getting the French tips that I wanted because I didn't feel like sitting in the chair any longer and because I was getting hungry. Nothing that a little practice and confidence cant fix. 2. I did ask for a gel pedicure and did not get that and the lady that did not toes did not get my shape quite right as I had asked but I didn't make a big fuss because she still did a great job overall. My hand and nails look really good and I would come back to the salon however, I think I would try some one else. Overall the price was reasonable, I paid 88$ for a gel color change on my toes, and an overlay on my nails and with a 10$ tip it came out to be 98$ which is still better than back home.

Ivy is the best!!! My daughter and I have followed her here. I am very picky with my nails, and I don’t like them to be thick. Ever since I started going to Ivy, that was it, I have never switched. She was at another salon before, and I have followed her here. She is amazing at what she does and it’s such a sweet girl. We love her. I love that the salon plays nice relaxing music. As long as Ivy is here, I will be here ☺️

I have been coming to KK nails and spa for approximately two years now and I absolutely love this place. I get the best customer service every time I come in and leave feeling fabulous just as I walked through the doors. Complementary drinks are always offered. They accept walk-ins if you just communicate, they will work with you, they have new colors that has been presented with shellac and let me tell you if you look at my picture it speaks for itself. Stacy is my Nail Tech and Hannah does my pedicures. I am always in and out with quick service at its finest. Thank you KK Nail And Spa for taking care of me and my daughter for all of this time you guys are like family book now or call to schedule an appointment, I promise you won’t regret it.

I’m new to the Katy area and found this shop near my home. Always been a great experience . In August I had a pretty bad experience with a nail tech with a bad temper and left the shop. The owner Stacy and her husband went above and beyond to contact me and make things right. This just shows how much customer service means to them (:

I found my favorite spot nails and spa.kk Nails spa. They are so nice and it is very comfortable Did good job on my nails. I am very happy with Stacy who did my nails.

I have been going here since late 2020. Things improved so much after Stacy took over as the owner a couple years ago. She is very professional, does great work & remembers her customers. Hannah is a great nail tech. She's been doing my pedicures since I've been going there & she never disappoints. Very much recommend KK Nails.

They are professional customer service, also exceptional to unique needs. I highly recommend this salon, especially couple needs a relaxing time together. My nails last for almost 4 weeks now ❤️

We love the owners and staff at KK Nails!! They have the best customer service and peaceful environment. They went above and beyond for my five year old’s birthday party. She and her friends had the BEST day getting mani-pedis!! Such a sweet experience! We loved it!

I got a full mani/pedi w/ dip on my hands, shellac on my feet about a week ago. I called ahead to see if they had glow in the dark polish for a NYE party that was neon themed and they said yes (asked three times to be clear) I got there & they didn’t understand what I wanted, then couldn’t do it, so I compromised because they said they had a top coat that glowed…I said fine. At the end of the appointment I checked to see if the top coat glowed…nope. And now a week later it’s chipping off & looks terrible. Will not be going back to this place. Be honest about what you can do for your customers next time

I have been coming to this location for almost 10 years, they are under new management now but their service has remained excellent and the products they use are still great quality. I can always rely on this salon to make sure my nails stay intact and last for 2+ weeks, and have a relaxing service, every time. Thank you!

I have been using RR nails since 2018 and I love their quality and customer service. Emma is my go to for my nails and everyone else does a good job with pedicures. If you are looking for a good place to start getting your nails done this is the spot!

My nails didn’t last a week. I had the dip done. Lady who did them rushed and seemed mad, not friendly at all. I will not be back what a waste of $50!
