Words cannot describe how amazing this place is all the attendees take care of your nails with such care and pay attention to detail so well and take their time with the nails that I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails every single time. And they welcome you with open arms and make you feel like you’re just coming over for a family visit especially the owner, Miss Kim every single time I come and she always welcomes me with open arms, always offers, refreshments, And every single time that any other customers come in, she greet them by their names and she knows them so well that it just feels like it’s so family oriented. And I’ve been coming to the salon since I was 16 years old and every single time they’ve done amazing This is the place that I would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a great salon here in San Antonio!!!

Not the kind of place I’m looking for. Idk why my nail tech was rude to me because I asked for a different shape after we had to switch designs because they didn’t have to products to do the set I wanted. He also said dip would look smoother and flat. They are so bubbled. The dip powder already has chipped and so has the paint. I got these done two weeks ago. The time before that I went there for a fill in the nail tech cut my nails down and said it was my fault because I didn’t tell her not to. She told me she thought I wanted tips but didn’t ask. Then she didn’t offer to fix my nails she just tried to get me to pay for tips. I went back because I thought the guy bob would do a decent job as he had before. But the work and the passive aggressiveness left me crying when I got home. If you want a simple manicure sure. But they don’t have the materials or skill to do something more creative.

Came in as a walk in on a sunday afternoon, was seated immediately. Staff was all very friendly, technician didnt bother me with attempts of small talk, and let me read. She was very thourough and paid attention to detail. When it came to paying, i accidently handed her $100 and not the $70 (including her tip) that i meant to, and walked away. Instead of just keeping it, they came out and flagged me down!!! Between the good work and honesty, this is my new salon and i will tell EVERYONE about it.

I absolutely love my nails and pedicure. I came in when they opened and wanted to meet my husband for lunch so I was offered to receive my pedicure and nails done at the same time. Amazing conversation and offered to have my show on tv. Service was amazing, absolutely friendly and my feet feel soft and nails are gorgeous. Will be coming back.

Bob did an AMAZING job!! I visited Klassy Nails to soak off a full set I got at Texas Nail Bar. I on assured me he would be able to remove the tips without damaging my natural nail , and he delivered! I struggled with choosing between getting shellac or dip, and landed on getting a marble design with shellac. Bob added his own touch to it and did an INCREDIBLE job. Klassy nails might not be as fancy looking as other mail shops I’ve tried, but their service and final product put the others to shame! I spent $67 for a full set removal and a polish change with shellac and designs on my natural nails. I enjoyed my service and will be back. Deliver me a stellar experience over a stellar appearance any day.

I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years and Dalena always does an amazing job with both the pedicure massage and my dip manicure. Her freehand art is superb! I’m often asked who does my nails and/or if they are stickers. Owner, Kim, is friendly and all the other employees are as well. I’m always helped by someone else if Dalena is not available. Bob and Yen do great work as well. I will continue to refer people here!

Just had these done today. Why did my tech leave so much space from my cuticles to my polish??? And he filed the polish off the bottom of my nails after he was done with everything making it looked flaked off at the tip. I looks like I’ve had these for at least a couple days when I just got them done 3 hours ago. The owner was nice & I should have let her know I wasn’t happy with this, but as it is this took almost 2 hours to do and I didn’t have anymore time to spend there. If she is willing to fix the issue I’d gladly change my review.

My nails always look so good when I walk out and I never feel rushed out the door. I am always testing their artistry with new ideas and they deliver every time! I also love that they don’t rough up the nail so badly that when you take off the nail, your natural nails are relatively healthy. I don’t experience this anywhere else!
