Knails is a life saver! 2 days before my wedding and the place we originally booked placed our appointment on the wrong day and did nothing to help us. We called Knails and they were able to get me and my girls in right away and did a fantastic job!

Just walked out for the second time in the past few months. Despite making an appointment I was waiting over 20 minutes and they said it would still be a while. Last time I waited 45 without getting in. It’s incredibly rude.

This is gotta be one of the worst nail salons I ever been too! I came in two hours before closing, The owner was rushing doing my nails, i’ve tried telling him that both of my fingers nails were very lopsided and he proceeded to tell me to wait! I would’ve thought he would’ve tried taking the nail off and redoing it, but instead he only filed it, which made it even worse and now I have to walk around with a F up fingernail! I spend Almost $80 for someone to be rushing to do my nails! Like I said, I do not recommend anybody coming here. They will rush you and cooperate what you tell them! Worst customer service, especially!

My brothers girlfriend has gotten her nails done. They did a great job although her two nails came off 3 days after and she took the rest back it was hard to get back in but got she got a certificate to get her nails redone thank you guys and it is a very clean place

My daughter wanted to treat me to get my nails or not my nails, but my feet done. The guy was very friendly very friendly. I enjoyed talking to the employees there. They were very nice but he did not do my feet very good. He didn’t scrub my feet that good and the polish came off right away.

I went to this salon before and I loved the service, so my friends and I went again for prom nails. The woman I got was very polite but a little sloppy. I have leftover acrylic under my nails and the design I asked for is a little messy and not as carefully done as I had hoped it would be. Overall, I think it was a good experience and I would still go back!

My appointment was rushed and the shape is FAR from what I asked for. They are horrible. I will not be going back. My friend’s color scheme was WAY off. Actually sad.

Just went here for the second time and it was definitely a great experience. Staff was supper friendly and did the nails awesome!!! Will forever go to them for all my nail refills and etc. highly recommend them to everyone. You will be very happy with your experience.

My friend and I had an appointment for 1pn two full set acrylics, we got there about 12:55ish and he welcomed us in, asked our names and etc, he had us look at colors, they where very busy this saturday. After about 20 minutes they finally had time for my friend to go, then about 10 minutes later me. The lady that did my nails was very quiet and worked fast, some of my nails aren’t totally the same shape and I had asked for a white french and not a lot of the lines where symmetrical. They had a welcoming environment I feel as though I would give 5 starts if she took her time to make sure the lines were at least more symmetrical. I would go back!

I loved it!! I was initially nervous since there are so many mixed reviews at this salon, but they were amazing. My mom and sisters and I went in and we got taken right away and were done in an hour and a half. My nail tech had only been working there for 6 months, and she was amazing! Very gentle and took time to listen to what I wanted and she never tried to get me to pay for something extra. They all did exactly what we wanted!! Amazing, and I recommend going there!

I was in town for a college visit for my daughter and called to get a last minute appointment. They were able to get me in, I got a girl that was fresh out of school and her skills were out of this world! My nails look perfect! They are beautiful!! And I couldn’t have been happier with my visit! She’s was sweet, easy to talk to and very good at her job! Will definitely go back!!!

My experience here was so terrible. The person that eventually did my nails after I waited for at least an hour (I had an appointment booked…) didn’t speak English and made my nails look awful. I tried at least 3 different times to give clear instructions on what I wanted (I even had one of her coworkers that spoke English translate) and she was not getting it. Not to mention, they are rough in handling your manicure. Nail salons are too expensive to be given bad costumer service AND bad product. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

The lady who did my nails was super amazing, and super friend, and she was very gentle and very kind. The colors are amazing she even added some pretty to them also.
