I've tried other massage places in the past but have been coming here monthly for 2+ years and Lauren is the best! I don't relax well, but she is so great, I nearly fall asleep. She uses good pressure and technique on my problem areas and seems to have a really great understanding of the muscular system. I would love it if they added some "spa" type services, but have not found anywhere comparable for massages!

Honestly a great experience, had my first full body massage here. My therapist was kind and had soft hands. She did a great job at making me feel comfortable! My partner and I went in together and they even got us a room together, it was such a thoughtful thing. The massage itself comes with aromatherapy and relaxing sounds, in a dim room with a heated table. I can see myself doing this every month! Everyone needs a massage here!

Great experience. My masseuse was Lonnie and he listened and focused on the areas that were bothering me instead of just doing the same thing he would always do. It was a nice, firm massage and completely resolved the issues that were bothering me.

I had an excellent massage with Whitney.She applied just the right amount of pressure during my massage and was able to give me more flexibility in my neck area. It was very relaxing and made me feel much better by relieving the tension in my back. Whitney is a professional massage therapist!

I have had many massages through the years but the one I received from Claudia yesterday was hands down the best massage I have ever had! I left there feeling looser and more relaxed than I can ever remember experiencing. She released tension in places I didn't even realize I was carrying it! I'll be booking another with Claudia as soon as possible. It was truly phenomenal! Highly recommend!!

I received one of the best massages at Kneaded Energy from Whitney! I didn't think I was the massage type person but the experience that I from Whitney changed my thinking. As soon as I walked in your establishment I felt welcomed from the front desk. The feeling continued when she took me into one of the rooms. The atmosphere was AMAZING; welcoming, quiet, and soothing. The lavender aromatherapy. She was a delight. By this being my first massage, she was very aware, modified, and asked for levels of pressure that was comfortable but also beneficial to me. Whitney was very personable and down to earth. She was also very knowledgeable with the body’s anatomy and knew how to apply needed pressure based on requested focus areas/concerns/results. I left out of there feeling “renewed” 🤩 Will definitely return and book w/ Whitney again!

I recently had a massage with Whitney at Kneaded Energy. She expertly identified areas of tension I wasn’t even aware of and effectively used suction cups to release tightness, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. The atmosphere was calming, and Whitney was professional and attentive throughout the session. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a skilled therapist who truly understands how to alleviate tension!

I had such a good experience. I went to Jo as I slept wrong and had a tweaked next and shoulder and she did wonders. The pressure she applied was amazing! I’ll definitely be back!! What a wonderful place and the workers were so friendly

I have been very pleased with my experience at Kneaded Energy. The staff are welcoming and friendly upon arrival and checkout. All of the therapists who have assisted me over the years are very professional and take great care during massages. I have had probably 100 massages so far in my life abs Whitney is definitely at the top of this list for having incredible intuition in her pressure and energy. She really gave me EXACTLY what I needed with different points of tension in my body and I also felt very safe and supported the entire time. Thank you, Whitney! ❤️
