Was recommended to go here when my massage therapist left the chiropractor office I was going to and I can say I never want to go to anyone else again! Megan is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She suggested doing hot Himalayan stones and it was so amazing I could die! You will leave a new person after one of her massages. The overall practice is clean and cozy, also. Super professional but also down to earth and caring people. So glad I found this place!

My wife scheduled me with Josh for a 60 minute deep tissue massage session. I have a bad right knee and left ankle, and arthritic left shoulder, plus other challenges which add up to mobility issues and periodic, painful back contortions which further impair mobility. I described my situation to Josh and let him take things where he deemed best (he had opinions). He spent a lot of time and effort on my upper back, lower back, and left shoulder. The session was invigorating and not without some painful moments - as I would expect. When I left, I was standing more upright and could feel an openness in my chest and back that I hadn't felt in a long time - I was breathing more deeply without effort! After the massage, Josh recommended that I follow through with the physical therapy that's been prescribed for my shoulder, and gave me some exercises to deal with a muscle strength imbalance. He also suggested that I would benefit from continued body work. Later, I arrived home, and passed my son going up the basement stairs. He came upstairs directly and said, "Dad, I can't remember the last time I saw you move so fast up those stairs!" (He didn't know where I had just been.) Later, he told me that my voice sounded like it was back to normal. In fact, I have been having some periodic impact to the strength of my voice which seemed to be addressed by the upper body massage! My opinion is that Josh is a through-and-through professional. If you book a session with Josh, you will notice the difference - your health will be impacted very positively, and it will be well worth the cost! Highly recommended! I will be following up regularly with Josh, and expect to see continued improvement in both my mobility and my overall health!

First experience having a massage it was very relaxing. The deep tissue worked out knots I had for years. Josh is very friendly and a sparking conversationslist. Need to do this again.

Booked a Swedish massage with Josh to help with a pinched nerve and some gnarly upper back tension. He wanted to know if I had a specific need for the massage and listened intently while I described my pain. Then he focused the entire massage on relieving the tension and tight muscles in the affected areas. He explained where my problem areas were and what he was doing to relieve the problem.

I entered with a bunch of aches and pains, not sure if a needed deep tissue or other. I told Josh to do what my body needed and he did an amazing job. He stretched joints to increase blood and oyxgen flow, deep tissue on my neck etc. I couldn't believe how much relief i got. Thank you Josh, Aaron and rest of team are great too. Highly recommend.
