Waited 15min for an prescheduled appointment. Never spoken to or addressed until I got up an walked out. Why have an appointment scheduling system if you still have to wait like a walk in?

I've used Ali as my stylist for years and she never fails to give me an incredible haircut! I never thought I would love having a mullet, but she made it a reality and man am I in love with this hair!
