What an amazing stylist and person for me to have just so happened come across!! Being a newbie here in FL, has been an adjustment in itself not alone trying to find new nail tech, hair person and etc… SO welcoming and kind!! I felt so comfortable & when I tell you she took a disaster and turned me into a QUEEN again! Felt like I have known her for forever . Such an amazing talented artist! 💗

I just had my first appointment with Laell and I couldn’t be happier! She has such a down-to-earth personality that instantly put me at ease, and she made the whole experience so comfortable. On top of that, she’s super friendly and genuinely listens to what you want. Her pricing is really affordable, which is such a bonus for the quality of service she provides. Honestly, I think I have found my forever hair stylist!! Not only was she EXTREMELY accommodating on the last minute, late time I needed, she literally transformed my hair via cut and style (as can be seen on her socials) to beautiful, lustrous, long, layered locks with facial framing that is completely flattering and added rich, deep, shiny, multidimensional color that just feels like silk! I CANNOT recommend her highly enough, and I look forward to returning to see her for a complete Keratin treatment (one of her specialties). And don't be fooled by my brunette locks, friends, this amazing stylist is a blonde specialist, so do not pass go, do not collect $200, book an appointment with this wonderful wiz of a masterfully skillful hair virtuoso!! 😍

Laell is amazing and always make my hair feel so so good! I’ve had both color and highlights done from her and I’ve never loved my hair more than when I leave her chair. She listens to what you want and makes your dream hair come true! She also uses the best products that leave your hair looking and feeling better AFTER bleaching or coloring, so I always feel confident that my hair won’t be damaged. Her technique makes the re-growth so pretty too!

I can’t speak highly enough about Laell, she is phenomenal! My hair was suffering from excessive heat damage caused by a salon in Orlando Fl. Laell introduced me to the world of keratin, and the results brought my hair back to life. She is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%! Laell always does an AMAZING color and cut. I’ve been so disappointed in the past when getting my hair done at other high end salons. It would always fall out and get so thin and brittle. Since coming to see Laell at knot just hair, my hair has been growing longer and healthier than ever! I will not be allowing anyone else to touch my head. I am truly grateful to have found a professional that listens to their clients requests and exceeds expectations.

Laell is a miracle worker! After abusing my hair for many years with box color, I really gave Laell a challenge. She took the time to discuss my hair goals and she came up with a custom game plan for my very uneven hair. I have super long hair and Laell stayed late to make sure my color processed properly. She even fixed a cut that a stylist at another salon didn’t get quite right. I now have a beautiful, even natural color with a cut that is properly blended. So grateful for Laell’s skills and kindness!

Laell is a passionate, artistic stylist! This is my second time going to her after having my hair mutilated by another hairstylist and completely fried! She brought my hair back to life and recommended the best products for my hair! Laell is wonderful, and makes my long hair look amazing! She’s adept at highlights and gave me the curtain bangs I’ve been on the fence about forever. She’s also able to work with my insane schedule, is extremely friendly, and genuinely a nice person, which is a necessity when you’re in someone’s chair for hours while your hair develops! 10/10 recommend.

So happy I found Laell! My previous stylist was no longer available. I found Laell thru Groupon. So blessed because She did an amazing job matching my blonde color and explains the process and will make recommendations if you ask but doesn't pressure you like other salons do. She also gives that personal touch and believes in giving the best customer experience which is lacking these days with a-lot of businesses. I would highly recommend.

Went in for a full highlight service and literally got the ends of my hair fried off. My ends have never been so awful after a service. Literally almost stretchy like, breaking, tangled!!! Stylist pulled the highlight all the way to the ends of my hair instead of just touching up the roots. Only remedy is to go back to cut more hair off and a deep conditioning treatment. I’m certain this is not going to fix the damage that was caused. Terrible waste of $230!! Edit to respond…. I tried contacting you to resolve the issue which wasn’t resolved.

Went to see Laell for a touch up on my bayalage and as always she did a fantastic job. My hair has never felt healthier being blonde. I always know I'm in good hands every time I come to see her!
