Sarah is amazing! She takes the time to consult and develop a plan with her clients. I have been obsessed with my cut and color treatments with her and love that the color treatment looks fabulous for months after my appointment. Would highly recommend Sarah and Knoxville Hair Company!

This review is about kassie with Kolor by Kassie located in this salon I hate that it has come to this but I feel others need to know my experience. I started seeing Kassie in June of this year and continued to see her on pretty much a weekly basis for wash and styles, extension maintenance, and color services. In late August I had an emergency come up and missed a scheduled appointment with Kassie and this was 100% my fault. I let her know about an hour after my appointment time what had happened. she explained I would need to pay a $30 no show fee and she rescheduled me. I went to that appointment and everything was fine, she even told me NOT to worry about paying a no show fee. This brings me to my last appointment I was able to schedule with her in early September, I texted her more than 48 hours before my wash and let her know I tested positive for strep throat and would need to reschedule for after I finished my antibiotics. Approximately a week later I sent multiple text messages and Facebook messages before finally getting a very hateful response from Kassie. She said she would not book me until I paid for 2 no shows $80 was the total I believed. When I asked her why I realized she was acting as if I never texted her to cancel my last wash when I was sick. she went on to explain I didn't respect her time and continued the deny receiving any messages from me. (I could see she had read my Facebook messages) So even though I knew this wasn't fair I agreed that pay whatever she felt I owed. because she had installed "salon branded" extensions in my hair I was worried I wouldn't be able to find anyone else to service them. This is when she completely stopped responding. I sent several more text messages and Facebook messages which were read but no response. if Kassie no longer wanted to provide services to me she should have been professional about it and just said so. There is no reason to make false claims and just ignore someone. This left me in a terrible position of having invested money in extensions that I now had nowhere to get them serviced nor did I even know the brand. I hope people will think long and hard before making the same investment with her because life happens, emergencies happen and yes I missed one appointment but I didn't deserve to be left with no answer or anywhere to get my extensions serviced. It seems to me she was more interested in making money than being concerned about the health of those around her.

kassie is Amazing stylist. She has always been extremely sweet and informative with what would look good on my hair and does fabulous job on bringing it to life. Will recommend her to anyone. I have found my forever stylist.
