Kaitlyn was AWESOME. I discovered her through Groupon and she exceeded my expectations. She was knowledgeable and kind. We discussed my vision of what I wanted and she delivered! Knowing my hair type (wavy 2b/3b) in combination with (how little/fine) my hair texture is like, she even gave me advice on products, hair care tips and style ideas for me to take home AFTER I left. She showed me the products she was using so if I liked them, I could go buy some at Ulta or Sally's. She was able to get all my split and damaged ends and it made my hair look fuller. I also got the deep condition treatment and style. I loved it. She is also a very sweet woman in general too. I'd highly recommend her!! Thank you Kaitlyn. You helped me feel more confident and beautiful ❤️ ( ◜‿◝ )♡

I got a text at 3 pm to ask me to reschedule my appointment at 4:45 on a Friday because she's not feeling well. Less then 2 hours notice before my appointment notice? Yeah. Okay. I made the appointment 2 weeks ago for a reason. I got my hair dyed last week to go out of town this weekend. Not impressed at all. I saw her before, but I won't be returning.

Kaitlyn is awesome. My haircut is always exactly what I asked for. I have short, thin hair, so it is always a challenge to have a cut that makes it look fuller. Kaitlyn always delivers.

Katlyn was professional and friendly, I had to go back to get a little more hair off and I appreciate Katlyn for following up with me and my request. I loved the way she treated me, respect and kindness! She definitely knows her Cosmology and very much how to cut hair, Coloring and every aspect in this field! I did buy a Groupon for the 1st visit, and will definitely follow up with Katlyn in the near future,It's well worth it when you find a professional that you can be comfortable with. Thank you Katlyn and Groupon for this opportunity to help with my Hair dilemma!!

I have super thick and bushy hair and always have to put a flat iron to it to make it look less so. I wasn’t expecting for this haircut and blow dry to look like a flat iron was used. I don’t know how she did it but my hair looks so sleek and shiny and all she used was a roller brush and a blow dryer?? So great! I wish I done my work out for the day beforehand because now I don’t want to ruin my hair haha.

I was really nervous about finding a trustworthy hair stylist to cut my hair after moving to AZ, but Kaitlyn did amazing! She kept my length while making sure I got a healthy trim! My hair has literally never been so soft, shiny and feeling luxurious after a haircut before and her shop is so cute and in the perfect location in Old Town! She is super nice as well as quick but does not sacrifice on quality! I will definitely be back!

Kaitlyn was very rude and unprofessional. She did not call me to inform me that she was unable to fulfill my scheduled appointment. When I was already at her salon, she rudely said she could not take me. I wasted my time driving to the location. I will never use her services or recommend her to anyone.

LOVED my haircut, Kaitlyn is extremely professional, ensures she understands what style you're looking for and the salon is neat and practical. Couldn't recommend Kaitlyn more and I see absolutely no reason to go to anyone else for my next trim in 3 months!

We love coming to see her! She works magic with both my 4 year and 2 year old and does so great with cutting their hair! She has never tried talking me into doing anything with my hair then what I ask for which I love because a lot of stylists will try and tell you what they think you should do with your hair and Kait just makes all my hair dreams come true! . We now live out of town but try to save all our hair appointments for her for when we are in town. She does such a great job!
