Was after a packer game so it was loud. We had a nice time, food was good,and our server was amazing, yet it felt like the atmosphere didn't match the menu and prices. Dessert was amazing!

Wonderful massage. The amenities are not as grand as I expected. I’m used to Sundara. While I knew it wasn’t as big, I didn’t expect it to be so small. You could probably spend an hour or so here before your service but not something you’d be able to spend the day at. I’d still come again for a massage since it’s so close but now have a better idea of what to expect.

I just got a walk in tub from Kohler. The person James was so professional and knowledgeable. I understood every thing to expect. The guys that installed it were very conscience of our comings and going and so friendly. They were amazingly hard workers. Their names was Alex and Devon. I would recommend Kohler to anyone.

Beautiful spa. I had an eyelash tint and lift. Got zero results. No color, no curl. Complete failure. Came home with glue all over my upper eyelids and a glob by the corner of my eye. Expensive waste of time,

Kohler Spa in Green Bay, WI creates a wonderful spa experience! Hailey and Chloe at the front desk go above and beyond to provide high quality service immediately upon arrival. I took advantage of the sauna, hot tub, steam room, cold plunge, and pool before my treatment which set me up for a perfectly relaxing session.

Front desk lady ruined my experience and couldn’t taken my mind off her approach. Been here roughly 5 times and I’ve never experienced that before. The accommodations are great otherwise. Always recommended

Great spa and relaxing place to visit. Got pedicures here the day before we got married and were very happy to receive champagne and be congratulated by the lovely team here. We enjoyed using the pools and steam room afterwards. There are small snacks and drinks available in the relaxation room and infused waters to drink throughout the spa. The robes are soft and plush, locker rooms clean and well kept. Looking forward to returning!

I just recently went here with my fiancé for our 4 year anniversary. We showed up 1 & a 1/2 hrs early to shower, use the pool and the sauna. This spa is so serene. The relaxation room has live plants and a hint of sunlight peeking through with a waterfall sounds. The sauna has a Himalayan salt rock wall in it, which I found pretty cool. I got the lymphatic drainage massage for the first time & I really enjoyed it. It wasn’t like a typical massage, but I really benefited from it & it still felt amazing/was very relaxing. I felt like my lymphatic system loosened up a great deal.

such a beautiful establishment and offers a very peaceful environment to relax and revive . however was disappointed with my massage with Patricia, i got a uniquely yours massage and sadly got nothing that i wanted , everyone has bad days though so i understand. and Stephanie literally was the best nail tech !! i would just hope for a better massage experience next time :)

Amazing Spa Getaway including Hotel room, spa services. So rejuvenating. I had four services. However, strongly suggest to question spa team provider’s expertise—Foot reflexologist totally inexperienced-asked questions she had to use a poster for explanations very amateurish not even intern knowledgeable suggesting turn lights on to read poster after taunting she had 25 years of experience.

I loved my time at this spa! The relaxation room was so nice, and the the spa area with the cold plunge pool was also great. I had the hydrotherapy massage, and it was the coolest experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! The pedicure was also luxurious! Highly recommend!

True spa experience! Love this place and try to make time for myself to go a few times a year. Staff is wonderful and it is such a relaxing experience. After another visit in April 24 - I always enjoy Lodge Kohler Spa, but I wanted to recognize Trisha and Miranda for their exceptional service this evening! Everyone at the spa was exceptional, but Trisha was one of the best and Miranda was so delightful in helping me find some products. Hopefully I see them again the next time I visit!

Really good experience! The jacuzzi could be updated it looks like a dingy hotel hot tub. And we were told there was a “three drink limit” with these prices it shouldn’t matter and I’m sure our mimosas were at least $10 a peice. Steam room Is great. Cold plunge too! Massage was really good. I would go back but it’s a treat not a regular thing.

"Relaxing and Romantic Getaway" I truly enjoyed myself from beginning to end. Although, we had to relocate from the Kohler to Green Bay location due to renovations, I was satisfied with my overall stay. The couples massage was great! We booked the Himalayan massage but some technical issues prevented that. Afterwards, we dined at the Tavern upstairs. We dressed formal casual, however, everyone had casual attire on (even flip flops). So the dress code is not enforced. We walked around the local zoo and did the zip line. I was especially surprised with a spa gift shipped to my home for the inconvenience of the Himalayan massage room issue. I really appreciated that! Overall, everyone was attentive. The rooms are moden, clean and a nice size. You will love the bathroom shower! And the hospitality from start to finish was exceptional.

As a mother of three kids and high hopes of this place, it was just “meh” to me. My girl friend’s surprised me to a day here for my birthday. We’re greeted by a young girl when we first walk into the spa. We’re handed keys to our own lockers and were asked to wear our bathing suits and comfy bathrobes. Two of us were then asked to go into this room for our pedicures . The girls that did mine and my sister’s pedicure did an absolute wonderful job. Not only were they nice but they were also very informative with the products they used and about services we asked about. It’s been a week since my birthday and my polish still look freshly done, despite using the pool/hot tub, wearing flip flops around and such. But because this was a surprise, I didn’t have say in what services we were all doing. But between our pedicures and pool access/sauna/hot tub/steam room and lunch, will not come here again. It was $164 for a pedicure… we used the pool for a little bit but it was cold to me. The hot tub was so loud that when the nets shut off, none of us got out to turn them back on. I feel that our spa day was expensive for just one service and lunch. I wish we booked a manicure, facial or massage to get the full “spa”effect on top of my pedicure. But then again, I CANT imagine what the cost would be for extras like that. I read reviews of people complaining of dirty glasses around. They have designated spots to put your dirty glasses but also have employees walking around, cleaning them up/refilling the water dispensers. Nothing about the spa felt or looked dirty. And if it was, the guests need to clean up after themselves. Lunch at the restaurant within the hotel was good. There was a nice vibe in the restaurant part but the patio was the best spot to enjoy our lunch. Our food was delivered on the patio but then nobody ever returned. When we finished our lunch, the entire restaurant was shut down and was closed until the next day and had to bring our own dinnerware inside to set it down somewhere. So that part was odd. Otherwise I highly recommend the pesto sandwich and fries! So with that being said, I can’t see myself returning for just a pedicure. I will continue to go to my normal place for a pedicure. If I ever want to use a pool/hot tub, I’d consider going to a hotel. I’m happy I can say I experienced this place though

Enjoyed a Spa Day leading up to Thursday Night Football, and, it was a treat. While the spa is not super large, it has first class offerings and excellent clinicians and staff. A truly unique experience in a terrific setting.

I love the co-ed sauna and steam room. My husband loved his massage. I was slightly disappointed in my service. The teas were yummy. Overall good experience.

Less awkward staff needed at the front desk. The day service staff was nice but evening is just clueless. Firstly they NEVER answer the phone. If you cant answer with a guest infront of you, then hire a phone person whose job is to andwer phones. A massage is $200. You can afford it. It is a cell phone-free place but they don't have a service menu that isn't digital so tell me how you can view a service menu to add services?... if you attempt to order a cocktail, the staff is unsure if they even have it...even when it's written on their own drink menu. The prices are also far too high and the person doing your spa treatment is counting the seconds for it to be over even if the service isn't complete, you're ushered out.

This hotel was amazing. We stayed in the terrace suite and plan to again. The only complaint was the fan in the bathroom sounded like it was doing in the middle of the night. Otherwise everything else was 10's!

This is a great place to relax. I mostly go for massages but I have had pedis and salon services too. The CBD massage is the best. The front desk Spa staff can be a little rude at times, depending who you get. The facility, massage rooms, beds, locker room and water options are really nice. The shared relaxing room with windows is decent, lots of staff walking by.... Could have better snack options while relaxing. Products used are nice. The massage people take out all of their stuff during the appointment and put it all away during appointment which bothers me, but otherwise, the are great. Will be back as I still really love to go here for Spa services! Glad we have such a nice place in GB!!
