Never had threading issue my go to place when I don’t make it to my usual place in North Carolina

I’ve been doing my eyebrows here for over a year now. Initially, I never complained; she always did them nicely; I even recommended her to my friends. But lately, she was always in a rush with me. Every time she was doing my eyebrows and another customer came in, and she just rushed to finish threading them. And I noticed that she started thinning them too much. So last time when I went to get my eyebrows threaded, I mentioned that I’ve been growing them and not to thin them too much. She was very busy, and I ended up with this. I got to my car, and I started crying; my eyebrows didn’t even match!! One is higher than the other, and she thinned them so much! In 5 minutes, she destroyed two months of me trying to grow them! I hate my eyebrows because of her, and I’m so embarrassed to go out in public with two different eyebrows. It is not a very clear picture because I’m so embarrassed. I’ve been crying and crying. Not even eyebrow powder can fix this. I am so upset that she did not listen when I told her not to thin them. If you want your eyebrows to match, go somewhere else! Also to mention, this did not happened the day I am posting this. It happened a few days ago. I just never got a chance to post it !

This is a really cool process and she is always super fast! I am grateful. Hours have been kind of wonky lately but she’s the only one doing it so I understand and still appreciate her. I don’t like any other eyebrow grooming method and she always does a great job on mine!

Unpleasant experience. The technician did not listen to my request of not making my brows thin. If fact she did the very opposite of what I requested. Even once I brought it to her attention she never apologized. Just requested payment. Will never go back.

Threading takes some getting used to. She is friendly and does a good job. I have used her services numerous times.

neither of my brows look alike she thinned me Out so bad even after asking if I wanted to keep them thick .. one is arched high one is rounded off .. never going back here again !

Don’t go here. I requested for them the thread my eyebrows, instructing them that I liked mine thick and to just clean up them up a little. She completed my left eyebrow first and asked me to check and see if that was okay. When I approved, she proceeded with the right. When she finished, I was left with two uneven eyebrows. She had made the second one pencil thin and had to correct the original brow, leaving me with pencil thin eyebrows.

I have gone here for years, she is absolutely amazing. Always, does whats best for my eyebrows. Through her guidanceI was able to get thickness back to my eyebrows. Love this place, would recommend!!!!

I have gotten my eyebrows threaded for over 10 years. However, I have NEVER had my eyebrows threaded so thin that they look like they’re missing completely. I asked her to keep them the same thickness and to just clean up the edges, but she completely ignored my request and took more than half of my eyebrows away. Not only are they SUPER thin, but they’re uneven, patchy, and not arched. Overall this is the WORST place to get your eyebrows threaded and the WORST experience I have ever had. I am completely devastated and absolutely dread going out in public now.. I hope no one else has to go through what I am going through. Avoid at ALL costs.

Basically, the hours posted on the website are inaccurate. She usually comes in an hour and a half after the posted opening time, about 11:30 am. This is apparently due to family and home life, so it's on a regular basis. Otherwise, it's $10 for eyebrows. I would suggest asking for thicker brows, since they tend to run a bit thin when I don't say anything.

I don't trust anyone else to do my eyebrows. I live in NC now and travel here to get my eyebrows done while I visit family. My eyebrows always look amazing. I don't know anyone else who can do them this good. She always has my brows done quickly too. I highly recommend!

The ladies here do such an amazing job—not to thin, super fast. They really know what they’re doing! I’ve been a few times now and won’t be going anywhere else.

All I want is to get my eyebrows done! I've gone 4 times and been unsuccessful each time. Yesterday she was at lunch and had a sign saying she'd return at 12:30. I went back at 12:35 and the sign had been changed to 12:50! I went this morning at 1030 and it's closed! They're is no sign saying when it actually opens or what the hours were. Super disappointing!

I’ve been trying to get my eyebrows done for the last two weeks and she’s never there, even when the sign says the time she supposed to be back she’s never back at that time.very disappointing I’ve been going here for 2 years but now it’s time for me to find a new place.
