I really liked my experience at Kosem Beauty. Since the moment I walked in I felt comfort I was welcomed and got the hair cut I wanted. The products are good , the service is great and I got some valuable hair advice too. Definitely, will visit again .

I recently visited Kosem Beauty Boutique and had a fantastic experience. Johnson, the hair consultant, provided exceptional service during my haircut, wash, and conditioning treatment. From the warm greeting by the receptionist offering coffee or tea upon arrival to the luxurious conclusion of my facial with a choice of red or white wine or champagne, every detail was perfect. The environment was refreshing, clean, and welcoming, making it hard to leave. In my opinion, Kosem Beauty Boutique is the best beauty salon/boutique in Katy, Texas, if you truly want to pamper yourself.

I came in for a quick cut and style, it ended up being the best cut of my life! I came in, as I have friends who are Aveda stylists, and she was close by. I havn’t wanted to wash my hair fir 4 days because the style has stayed in! I had no idea a natural wavy hair growth could be cut to keep curls in! I love it!

Lexa did a fantastic job of color matching my hair. I’m a natural red head, and it’s so hard to get a good color match to cover my grays. She also blew out and styled my hair. I got so many compliments at work the next day.

I had an appointment for 5:00 p.m. on October 18 for Ysis, the owner, to style my two granddaughters’ hair as a “dry run” prior to styling their hair for their father’s wedding in November. In addition to styling the girls’ hair on the day of the wedding, I was requesting an additional stylist to style my hair (mother of the groom) and another adult wedding guest’s hair the day of the wedding. However, I arrived promptly at 5:00 on the 18th to find a closed business. After a few minutes, I called Ysis. She first argued that I was mistaken on the date (even though I had a confirmation of the date on my cell from her business), said it was her day off, and then said her staff must have made a mistake. I find it VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to blame the client and then your staff for your own mistakes. You left us hanging, and lost our business altogether. I’m glad I found out you cannot be trusted to keep your word prior to the day of the wedding! I hope other potential clients will heed my warning to be very careful when dealing with this business, especially if you’re counting on services for a special occasion!

excellent ! salon is clean, staff wears mask and hand sanitizer is available. from the moment uoi walk in they are very hospitable . all very professional and knowledgeable . My hair is very damaged and requiring many things like keratin extensions and hair dye . I'm new to the area and this salon was recommended by a friend. Lidia at the front desk was so inviting and warm, she made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. Kiley was ready for me at my arrival and though she is the professional, she listened to my preferences. I am very particular when it comes to salons and I had to give Kosem 5 stars. I will definitely be back!

Kiley did an exceptional technique on my daughter’s hair by using a gloss technique and not using bleach to lighten her hair. She did above and beyond my expectations. The blending of her natural hair color and the new color is beautiful! Highly recommended and happy with the results!

Ysis was recommended by a friend. I was ready for a change. I want to grow out my hair to its natural color which is salt and pepper grey. My first visit she worked with several colors to create a great blend that is close to my hair color. My second visit a month later she did a keratin treatment that smoothed my frizzy curls. Her keratin treatment cost was reasonable. My hair is the best it has ever been. I love it. I highly recommend her and the other stylist in her shop.
