Had a manicure and gel nail’s done. Had to go back twice to have them fixed. Reached out to the owner but they never responded back. I would not recommend this salon.

I usually never get my nails done as it's not my preference but I did for a special occasion and came here. The person who did my nails did a beautiful job and made me feel comfortable. They were also able to take me without an appointment which was super nice. Highly recommend!

Ty was gentle and meticulous! Edited Sept 18, 2024 First picture was Ty and I I loved my nails. Second picture is today when I went in for a manicure. I was offered polish or gel top and politely declined. I informed Jasmine, the woman doing my nails that I would just prefer them to be buffed out and shiny. This was the fastest manicure I’ve ever had had, in and out the door in 12 to 13 minutes. When I went to pay, I was told I owe $30. I repeated $30? I was told that there was a five dollar markup for the buffing that I received. I did not get any lotion on my hands, a massage, or cuticle oil. My nails are not shiny. This is a $30 manicure. this is not even a $25 manicure. I’m pretty disappointed.

I am visiting from FL. I stopped in after getting the brush off from several other salons in the area. From the moment Ty greeted me and asking how he could be of assistance, I was treated with courtesy was made to feel like I was the only customer there. I got a new full set of acrylic nails and was very satisfied. I will be recommending Ty to my daughter for her manicures and pedicures. I will be going back every time I come up to visit! Thank you Ty for the phenomenal job!

Always friendly professional service. Every technician is fantastic! They accommodate walk-ins as soon as they arrive. Great prices compared to those nearby and you get a lot for the money. Relaxing atmosphere.

Always very friendly. Dip mani is great! Not sloppy or all over your nails. Turns out smooth and clean. They are perfectionist when it comes to shaping and getting your color even. There is a great selection of colors. Pedicures are relaxing. Best message chairs. I won’t go anywhere else to get my toes done. They are always very accommodating with walk ins. Appointment is best because they can get very busy. After years of look for a nail salon to be a regular out I finally found one my last couple of years in Virginia Beach. I live out of state now and when I get the chance to come back I always stop in to get refreshed. You won’t be disappointed.

I absolutely LOVE KP Nails!!!! I go every couple of weeks for a pedicure and every time it’s great service, and I enjoy my pedicure. It’s always clean and relaxing and just an enjoyable time. If I happen to go to a diff salon due to convenience or availability I always regret it and wished I just waited for KP nails.

I've gone twice this week as a new customer. The first time for a fill and the second time for a pedicure. Ethan did a great job both times. The people are so nice, the salon is clean and the service was great. Try them! So much better than a nearby salon I recently tried.

I’ve been a customer for many years. The staff is friendly and happy to see me, the shop is clean, and with an appointment, I don’t have to wait. Ty, the owner, is exceptional and the nail dipping powder is professionally done. Prices are affordable and competitive with other local nail salons. I highly recommend this salon for your personal needs.

We went here for the first time!! I brought my girls for their 1st pedicure, and they were so great with them!!! My girls had a blast and they fit all 5 of us in on short notice!! The massage was our favorite pet! Great service! Clean and friendly!
