I've been going to this hidden gem for almost a year and have noticed such an improvement in my overall health: mental, physical, and emotional. From the knowledgeable and caring staff, to the impeccable cleanliness, my visits to Krysus are never a disappointment. Shout out to Stoni and LaTina for all the work they put into the place and the conversations we have had. You definitely feel like family when you come here.

I had a sound therapy session - it was unlike anything I have ever experienced. When we came in we were greeted by Stoney with a smile. She was inviting, welcoming and had a very calm vibe. She showed me to the chair/lounge and I picked which sound therapy I wanted. I had done the at home you tube versions but the experience with the chair, the weighted blanket, the vibrations - I was floating, flying in deep meditation. I WILL be back again and again and can’t wait to try some of the other things they offer. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!

As a veteran with conditions that continue to significantly impact my well-being for over 2 decades, KRYSUS IS A BLESSING! I am a firm believer in comprehensive wellness. It is vital for me to have access to holistic, alternative, and complementary treatment/service options to ensure the most optimal level of function for my mind and body. Insurance rarely covers these services, especially for those who require long-term access. As such, I choose to invest in myself consistently. As things continue to progress in the medical realm with time, I am hopeful that research continues to prove how beneficial places like Krysus are. I am beyond grateful for the close proximity, SUPERB staff and facility, treatment/service options, and above all else... PHENOMENAL rates for the services included in their memberships. Found this place online and I was amazed by how much they offer for therapy and rehabilitation. The equipment was top notch and state of the art. The showers were to die for. They offer cold plunge therapy, red light therapy, sauna, massage, stretching, salt bath or floating on salt as I would and many other things. Give this place a try. You will not regret it.

I found Krysus online and decided to give it a try. The staff are amazing and the experience was fabulous. I needed to clear my head and that is exactly what I got doing the compression therapy, salt, sound and red light therapy. The float spa is my favorite. I will definitely go back for more. Thank you for the great experience. The staff made me feel like I was the only person there.

Such a wonderful place!!! This state of the art facility is always immaculately clean. I'm there four days a week and everyone is so friendly and welcoming! If you have pain, stress, or just want to stay healthy, I highly recommend going! I'm excited to watch them continue to grow and thrive!

This was my first experience and it was wonderful on part be cause Mat. He was so understanding and patience with me and know this was first time doing this. I would recommend anyone want selfcare and relaxing time to go here. Beautiful place and staff.

Did the float for the first time, was very pleased with the experience. It works really well if you can settle your mind and just be in the tank. Honestly, I recommend only doing at least 60 minutes. It took me at least 30 minutes to quiet myself and fully immerse into this new experience. Try not to eat right before going cause I felt like I couldn’t really get as deeply present mentally due to the stomach discomfort from my pre float meal. Also, don’t forget to shut off the room light in the float room. I left my on and it was a distraction. Still feel amazing and would do it again.

First the good. Their red light is more convenient than the ones at other places because it's like a tanning bed instead of the ones at other places that are two wall panels that you stand in between. This place is very clean as well so I appreciate and like that. Their staff is very nice and respectful. Now the bad and the reason I won't be returning after my second month of having a membership. This is a fairly new place which we all know comes with a down side. For me that down side was #1 they don't accept HSA which blows my mind because I haven't stepped into a place with these services who doesn't accept HSA, it's 2024, it's literally on thr bare minimum list to accept HSA so the fact they haven't done their work on their end to get enrolled with HSA is a big now for me. #2 and a big one that will turn alot of people away, they don't have a family plan yet! Like what?!! We'll, I'll rephrase that, they have it for friends of the owner only. I have been with Hyperwellness for about 4 years now and my teen age child and I have always shared an account and shared services. I walked in to Krysus to try and do the same thing, get a membership my daughter and I could share. We'll, first of all they could not ever put teen age child under my account, they had to make her own account as if she was an adult with her personal email and her personal cellphone number on the account which I agreed to because we had no other choice but having my child's personal information out there was a flag for me. They then informed me we couldn't share a membership and she needed to have her own. She needs it desperately so I agreed on her having one instead of me. 30 minutes later while I'm at front waiting for her, the owner's buddy comes in with his daughter, has the same issue I had and wanted to share a membership with his kiddo. Lady in the front tells him that is not an option and buddy replies with "ask so and so, we are friends" owner comes out, and wink wink and of course he is able to get away with sharing one account. Literally right infront of me. There is nothing more trashy to me that this kind of mentality. A new place with these same services just opened up in helotes and cryofit alamo ranch also accepts HSA for those who are interested on another option to go to. I referred two friends who eneded up getting a membership as well. Who were also interested on sharing a membership with their Littles. We are currently looking at where to move to now.

I LOVE this place! I went for the first time this past Saturday and did the sound and float therapy. Both were very relaxing and honestly very soothing. I'm a Veteran and these 2 treatments alone helped with my back and my nerves😊 Also very impressed with the price point! Therapies are affordable (IMO) and can be done on the regular. I do want to give a shout out to Matt for making feel safe and welcome that day. He's super friendly and answered all of my questions. Another young man was there to help with beautification of the areas. Thank you both and hope to see y'all again! 🤗

I did sound therapy today and it was seriously the best experience! The staff member (I believe here name was Stonie) was super helpful and welcoming. I am so excited to come back for different services and definitely again for the vibroacoustic therapy. 10/10 experience for sure!!!

Really enjoyed my experience today! Stony and Matt helped me understand what each room represented and some of the new changes, they are in the middle of making for their grand reopening. Definitely looking forward to coming back and experiencing other therapy! Highly recommend!

I've done all the treatments they currently have available but am especially in love with float and sound therapy. I was preparing for surgery and did two and a half hours of float therapy the night before. The sense of calm and peace was priceless. I can't wait for the expansion and new services coming soon.

I am a retired critical care nurse with a history of osteoarthritis, bilateral hip replacements and a pacemaker. I live with pain to every joint in my body. Moved to San Antonio for better medical care. My son and I are under pain management for back pain among other health issues. Injections help but we researched whole body red light therapy and found KRYSUS. We were both willing to try it. I was impressed with the facility and Latina's presentation of the different services offered. We signed up for a month of red light theraphy. I've had two sessions, my son three. It is an amazing experience. We are optimistic this treatment modality will improve our healing. As I am retired and my son disabled, we intend to seriously frequent the facility in hope of decreasing our pain level.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and sent to the changing room to get ready for my treatment. The robes that were provided were thick and comfortable. Water and tissues were also provided. The room that I was placed in was so relaxing. The lights were dime, and the chair reclined all the way back. I had the halotherapy session. It was a great experience.

Such a great experience! I went with two friends for a day of relaxation-and that is exactly what we got!! We did 5 different activities and all were wonderful. I was hesitant/nervous about the float therapy, BUT I loved it!! Can’t wait to go back! FYI - Amazing value for what they charge. This place is awesome! The whole recovery concept behind Krysus Human Performance is ART!!! The staff was very polite and gentle. The facility was very clean and the environment was calm and relaxing. It felt like I took a vacation without having to leave town! I know what i’ll be gifting all friends and family for their birthdays and special celebrations, as I would love for my loves ones to experience what I did at Krysus. Favorite therapy was probably the Float therapy, but I can’t just recommend one. All of them were amazing! Thank you Krysus!🙌🏻🦾

I have autoimmune diseases and suffer from a lot of joint pain after multiple surgeries.I was told about this place. I am so glad. It was the best experience I have had in a long time. I am so relaxed, and pain is relieved. I am so happy. I highly recommend this for stress relief, pain management. This is great kids or adults with chronic disease

I recently got a behind-the-scenes tour and info on this veteran-created facility and I am completely blown away. They are not trying to be a day spa or just see how many things they can get you to sign up for----this team is committed to finding every possible treatment to improve human performance on every level. Also, you can tell them what's going on, whether that's low immunity, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, etc. and they will customize your experience accordingly. Their float tanks are so large and beautiful that this claustrophobic lady will be trying one out in the near future. I tried the acoustisonic treatment and I was in another world. You are on an ergonomic, sculpted (built by veterans!) bed, covered with a weighted blanket, noise canceling headphones and eye cover on. You choose a meditative music/sound piece. I chose Heart Chakra. The special frequencies woven in and out of the music are also correspondingly vibrating in the bed you're lying on and they sync up. It was absolute bliss! This facility has considered every single detail that could make your time there fantastic, including thoughtful pricing and packages. It's a must-experience!

Beautiful facility with amazing amenities. After my first float I was hooked. After a hard workout, there is nothing more relaxing for my sore muscles than a float. I now have a monthly float membership. As a rheumatologist, I take care of people with joint and muscle pain. I recommend Krysus Human Performance to a lot of my patients to help with their symptoms of arthritis, muscle pain and fatigue. I highly recommend Krysus Human Performance.

First visit(s), I highly recommend one of the bundles to try all the facility has to offer. There were so many options and ways to customize each service to the point that each visit would be a new experience. I appreciated their Covid precautions and they seemed to account for any potential amenities needed. Also Latina was very informative and welcoming.

So I am new to float therapy and have never been. Today was my first time experiencing this and I have to say I am so impressed. My husband purchased the introductory float package which we found to be very affordable. He was able to purchase and schedule my appointment painlessly and effortlessly on their website. When I arrived I noticed the cleanliness of the facility as well as their special care to following COVID guidelines. Check-in was hassle free. I was provided a tour of the facility as well as information on what other services they offer. I opted for a 30 minute sound therapy session prior to my float session. This was relaxing! As a first responder it almost always feels like we are in a heightened state of mind. The sound therapy was relaxing and I felt myself slipping away into sleep next thing I knew it was over. I was then taken to a dressing room to prepare for my float session. The dressing room is stocked with personal care items, luxurious plush robes, and shower shoes. Everything was neatly placed and disinfected after each use. I changed out of my clothes and wrapped myself in this amazing robe ( think carnival cruise ship plush but probably better, I hope they offer them for sale sometime!) and went to my float therapy room. Inside the float therapy room is your float cabin and a shower. Towels and ear plugs were provided and I was informed on the process of the float and given instructions. Latina was amazing at answering all my questions and giving me her take on this floating experience. Now for the best part the float! As you shower off before your float the cabin fills with water. I rinsed any and all oils from my skin and was ready to climb into my pod. I closed the cabin door and the LEDs illuminated the cabin, the sound of waves engulfed me as I floated. The lights and sounds of the waves gradually faded after a few minutes and I was in total darkness. I suffer from multiple herniated discs and debilitating back pain. None of these ailments seemed to matter for the duration that I was floating. Being in the dark I was able to focus on just floating. I felt myself melting into the abyss. Who knew 30 minutes would pass so quickly. The cabin filled with soft sound of waves and the ambient lighting brought me back to reality. My session was done and I felt amazing. I am new to a holistic approach in my well-being. This is definitely worth your time. I will update my review after I have completed my 3 floats to share my overall thoughts. I would highly recommend choosing a float package because 1 float really isn't enough to decide if this is for you. ***Update*** I didn’t get a chance to update this sooner than I wanted to but I am still enjoying floating and it has become a regular part of my self care.
