Have done my hair with Kizzy for years! Best color and Curls expert ever! I get bored with my hair constantly varying lengths and color. I particularly loved her balayage and the time we did pink highlights! Absolut best! ✨️

I would not trust my hair with anyone else but these guys!! My hair was completely damaged when I first came here, new to town, not knowing any salons. They healed my hair, I get compliments on my color allll the time. Not to mention the complimentary wine and coffee while you are being pampered!!!

So disappointed by this experience. I cannot believe they did this to the ends of my hair. Edit: the photo on the right (now moved to middle) is what my hair looked like after I air dried my hair. I’m attaching a 3rd picture (last slot) to show how my hair looked after they attempted to fix it. My hair was defying gravity from how much they removed the weight of my ends. It has taken a full year for my hair to grow out from being over texturized by this haircut. The salon was unprofessional and could not take accountability for cutting my hair this way.

Horrific experience here. I trusted K&S salon with my hair and I left completely distraught. They burned off a chunk of hair with bleach. My main issue was with the manager who was extremely flippant about the whole thing. After seeing the hair was gone I went to the manager and showed him the terrible results. He asked me, “well how do I know you did not come in this way?” He saw me the day before when I came in for a 15 minute consultation. He also saw me when I walked into the salon. This kind of management is shameful. Ladies, avoid coming to this salon at all costs. Please check your records from 3/15/24 when I had my appointment. Denying that this happened is a great demonstration of your unprofessionalism.

Natalia gave me a full head of air touch, color correction and hair cut. Definitely get your booking with her if you’re looking for experienced master. I had the best results here! She is absolutely gorgeous and she did it much better than I thought! Getting lots of compliments!

Tatiana was incredible. I got bangs and she did an amazing job making sure they weren’t too short, blended well, and finished off my hair with an amazing blow out for an evening event. Kind, inquisitive, respectful, and artistic- best hair dresser I’ve been to!

I’ve been looking for a stylist after being to a number of salons over the years and let me tell you, Natalia is THAT girl. I’ve been highlighting my hair for over 15 years and this is probably the best cut and color I’ve ever received. The salon itself is clean and the staff is very friendly. Will only be going here from now on!

Natalia is the BEST!! I was really nervous about trying to highlight my very dark hair, but she was confident she could give me what I wanted, and she did! She even helped me figure out what I wanted because I know nothing about hair so she created her own vision for me and it was perfection! Not to mention the salon itself is very nice, great location, lots of natural light, low music, and excellent service made the whole appointment feel like a treat. I can’t recommend Natalia and this salon enough, whether you’re in looking for color, a cut, hair treatment or just a change, this is a great place to do it!

STAY AWAY! - CHEMICAL BREAKAGE, SEVERELY DAMAGED HAIR & BURNED SCALP!!! I was deceived by the 4.8 stars review. Upon second glance I noticed many of the 5-star reviews are from accounts who have only 1-2 reviews so that’s a bit dubious… Save your money (and hair) - GO ELSEWHERE! 🙏🏻 In my entire life I have never experienced such blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism. One would expect this hair salon to be staffed with experienced technicians given the neighborhood and location next to Hermès but BEWARE… An entire chunk of hair literally fell off due to the hair dye being left on for too long. The color was also completely wrong - instead of a gunmetal dark silvery gray, the outcome was a light blue. A consultation was made the day before to assess the best approach given the fact that in the past 3 years there have been two color treatments. This was not taken into account during the highlights /coloring process. THE OWNER HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT IT MUST’VE LOOKED LIKE THIS UPON ARRIVAL. He became very defensive and insisted this catastrophe was by no means a result of negligence by his employee and that his salon uses top products. I really have no words because it’s unbelievable that he made such a false claim. It will take YEARS for that section of hair to grow back not to mention the mental trauma and humiliation that K&S Salon has caused. The best products in the wrong hands / inexperienced hands can still cause irreparable damage. The failure to acknowledge their horrendous error and instead put the blame on the customer is not only a display of poor business ethics but it’s borderline criminal.

I came in with an appointment with Natalya and was blown away. I asked for highlights and that id exactly what I got. Natalya was patient, friendly, professional, and an overall phenomenal person to work with. She made sure that I was happy with the results, she made me feel comfortable, and she also offered complimentary drinks. She really cared about how much time and effort she put into my hair. I could not be more happy. The salon looked great and everything was great. If you are looking for highlights or a balayage, definitely ask for Natalya. She really is the best of the best.

I had a terrible experience at this salon with Kim as my stylist. I specifically went in for highlights (which I have gotten with Kim before) and Kim assured me that my hair could handle it. However, after the appointment, my hair was left extremely damaged and broken. It's clear that Kim didn't take proper care of my hair and didn't have the expertise she claimed. Not only did Kim leave my hair damaged and broken, but she also got the color wrong three times. Despite me clearly expressing that I did not want ashy tones, she managed to turn my hair a grayish brown (I came in blonde). When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she brushed it off and basically said, "Oh well, I have another client." This lack of professionalism and disregard for my wishes made the entire experience even worse. As a result, I had to go to another salon and spend a lot of money for a color correction and a repairing treatment (luckily they fixed my color). I'm truly disappointed with Kim's service and the overall experience at this salon. Avoid at all costs. (In the pictures I added, you can see the length of the broken hair compared to my actual length. This chemical breakage is all throughout my hair.)
