I received a full gel set 2 weeks ago and all of my nails started popping off 2 days after they were done. Over the last 2 weeks all of my nails have now popped off. As long as I have been a customer here I would've thought management would be more concerned with customer care rather than making excuses, but it's okay. I know now it is time to find a salon that is more concerned with the quality of services rather than making excuses. I'm embarrassed to take pics my hands look so bad. The staff is nice and friendly but my concerns being dismissed makes me feel a way.

My last pedicure wasn’t the best, and the nail tech didn’t ensure my toes were dry before I left. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten mediocre service from this salon. I probably won’t be going back, which is unfortunate because they are convenient to my home.

I came in yesterday day for fill in nail service. I was rushed on my service.by my tech. So I said let try to go back today for pedicure, I ask to change my polish from yesterday and I was charged additional $20. For both days $ 120 but two weeks ago , I paid $90 for both services. I will not return.

I do typically suggest this salon to everyone who asks. Recently i cannot. I do commend this salon for being open with no power- that was awesome! Today, they sat me with a man who was very rough and hurt me a few times. He has cut my skin open numerous times in the past. Today, he opened his drawer and grabbed two used nail scuffers... and used them on my hands. He did not remove all my previous polish, and it can be seen on my nails currently. He removed his glove and used his bandaged finger to wipe away polish. I had to file my nails myself when i got home because he skipped a couple while finishing up, keep in mind i was one of three customers at this time. I love a few of the nail techs here but this unsanitary visit has me kind of put off from this salon.

Each time I visit they one up the last service. Its always clean work stations. I'll never visit any other nails spas Kute Nail Spa is a keeper!!!!

7/27/24 I went for a gel mani and pedi. The nail tech cut one of my toe nails too deep . I over looked that. Proceeded to do my mani and did not soak my hands. Did a few snips at my cuticle then was about to polish them before. I asked why he didn’t soak them and he lied and said he put something on my nails… it costs too much for them not to do it correctly. The other tech told him that he was supposed to soak my hands and he agin lied and said he did. I had to leave at that point. I really liked going there but this experience has altered my perception of the nail salon

I was in town for a black and gold party and decided to stop here for a basic pedicure and gel manicure. My gel polish didn’t even last a week. I was better off getting a basic manicure because my toes are just fine. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The wait time and quality of products isn’t work your hard earned money.

I come here often. I spend a lot of money because I usually bring my daughter and my two grandchildren. I came in yesterday and got manicures and pedicures for all of us which I do a lot. I spent over $400 plus tipped $30. My granddaughter’s nails began peeling off immediately after we left. I called to request a refund just for her nails and was told that they couldn’t do that but would give me a discount the next time I came in. Why would I want to come back if they don’t appreciate my dissatisfaction? I spend thousands at this place and they lost a customer over a $50 refund. Not good practice. I went to Top Nails for almost 20 years and left them because of this very same policy of no refunds. Do better.

Very disappointed as my mom and I go here every month if not twice a month and spend a couple hundred dollars and this past time not only was the guy very impatient with my little girl, her gel nails fell off the next day. We called and asked for a refund and they refused and said kids shouldn’t get gel nails. But if she got regular polish it would mess up because it takes a while to dry. And not once have they ever said my child shouldn’t get gel any previous time we went or this time. Not till we asked for a refund did they then say she shouldn’t get gel. It’s unfortunate because we did enjoy going there because it’s beautiful on the inside of the salon. But not worth rude customer service. Will not be going back anymore!
