We had an amazing experience at Kyoto Massage. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. The staff were incredibly professional, ensuring we were comfortable throughout the session. First massage was a couples massage and the massage itself was top-notch. Came here after a long travel weekend and was in much need of a massage. I am so glad we found this place. I Had such a wonderful experience at Kyoto massage with Tom as my masseuse. He would regularly check in to make sure pressure was good, and did an excellent job on making sure all my sore spots were worked on. I feel rejuvenated and would definitely come back again!

Poor massage and communication. Mostly worked bone on bone, like elbow on shoulder blade which was not useful or enjoyable. Obviously no training here. We both got a massage, but only one of us got a massage for the first 20 min, like they didn't have enough staff ? Then sat next to us and stared at the tip screen hoping to pressure a good tip. Sorry, bad service and massage.

While vacationing in Miami, I stopped here with my sister and received great service. We both got 30 min foot reflexology and full body and it was amazing! You will not be disappointed coming here. Highly recommend.

I took my mom here when she came into town and she said it couldn’t have been more satisfying. The masseuse applied firm pressure while using oils. My mom definitely said she felt it then and the following day! The staff and owner are very friendly

It’s a bit hard to find (go inside the mall to the second floor) but the staff are super nice and welcoming. Comfortable and clean. Reasonable prices. I got a 45 min foot massage and it was everything I needed after many days of walking.

Hubby and I were walking by and Anna gave us a sample outside then welcomed us in. I had a quick back and foot massage (10-15 mins each) and hubby had the same. It was a great experience and very affordable. The staff was friendly and Anna was amazing. Love the memorabilia and that it was quick and thorough. Thanks again!

Pratiques commerciales très douteuses. Je n’ai malheureusement pas regardé les avis avant de me rendre dans ce salon de massage mais j’ai vécu la même chose que beaucoup d’autre, cela démontre que c’est ancrée dans leurs pratiques : l’arnaque. On vous masse puis quelqu’un d’autre arrive en milieu de massage pour masser vos pieds et ils vous expliquent brièvement que c’est un combo, mais non cela rajoute 45 dollars à la prestation. Si vous êtes timides ou pas très à l’aise en anglais vous vous faites rapidement arnaquer. Et bon courage pour vous détendre après ce genre de pratique très désagréable. À la fin de la séance rebelote ils essayent coûte que coûte de vous avoir en vous disant « ten more minutes » tout en laissant planer le doute sur le fait qu’il reste encore 10 minutes avant la fin de massage ou si vous souhaitez ajouter 10 minutes : vous l’avez dans le mille il s’agit encore une fois d’une arnaque pour vous soutirer 10 minutes de plus. Mon conjoint a demandé s’il s’agissait d’une indication sur le temps restant ou si nous voulions ajouter 10 minutes et évidement ils répondent vaguement, il a fallut que je me redresse de mon massage (évidemment toujours pas détendue) assez agacée pour qu’on m’explique qu’ils veulent nous rajouter 10 minutes parce qu’on est tendus : et bah tu m’étonnes qu’on soit tendus quand on essaye de vous arnaquer pendant 30 bonnes minutes alors que l’objectif initial était de se détendre. Cerise sur le gâteau, le massage n’est pas agréable du tout et très douloureux et les masseurs passent l’entièreté du massage à parler entre eux dans leurs langues, toujours pas propice à la détente. Enfin bon, fuyez si vous le pouvez.
