Amazing salon with great service, Lika and Jessie were extremely friendly and eager to help. Jessie was gentle with my hair and Lika knew how to make my ideas come to life. Highly recommend this salon is fantastic!!

Lika, Jessie and Lisa are amazing! They care about their customers and treat us like family. I have been a customer for over 21 years! Lika’s magical hands always makes my hair look beautiful! I receive compliments on my hair everyday from my family, friends and from total strangers. I highly recommend L & B Beauty Salon! I would give them 10 stars if I was allowed to!

Absolutely amazing hairstylist and staff! I have been searching for a good hairdresser for years and I think I hit the jackpot just today! Lika is so skilled and has a great understanding of face shape, hair texture and color. She did an amazing job on my hair and an exceptional job on my mother’s haircut. I was very impressed with her skills and pleasant personality. If you are picky and particular about your hairstyle, this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed!

I got my hair dyed a couple days at this salon and I absolutely love it. It was my first time dying my hair and I was scared, but the environment Lika and her coworkers made was very fun and comforting. I got my hair dyed by Nora and my hair cut and styled by Lika. They both did a spectacular job and helped me achieve my dream hair!!! So far I've gotten so many compliments on my new hair. My experience at this salon was amazing and I will be recommending and going back to this place in the future.

I have just moved into this neighborhood. Was in a desperate need of a haircut. And I came across this hair salon’s website, which had a lot of good reviews. So today I made an appointment with Lika and went there to get a haircut. And I must say I am beyond impressed. All the girls are so welcoming, so nice and extremely professional. Lika has done a great job. I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for. I have found THE hair salon where I’ll be going to from now on. If you haven’t tried this salon yet, don’t think twice. You will be in good hands.

If you want a stylish pixie cut, a buzz cut, curly bob, any type of bob, layered cut, wavy style, this is the place to go. Just bring in the picture of the desired look and the girls at the salon will make it happen. I've been going to Lika for over 10 years. She's an incredible hairdresser, the prices are super reasonable. Walk-ins are welcome, but if you don't want to wait then schedule an appointment ahead.

Inside the salon it was a very beautiful decoration. She was very nice ,gentle and kind. I would definitely recommend this salon to my friends and I would definitely come back again. I’ve been a costumer in this salon for a while and I love it. The boss is amazing❤️❤️

Lika fixed my badly done DIY hair cut and gave me a beautiful cut with very affordable price!! My hair feels lighter from the top! I’ll definitely come back! <3 Just try to visit here with extra time since you might need to wait sometime.

This is my first time doing my hair at L&B. I went in with the intentions of finding a solution for covering my grey hairs that grew too quickly and came out looking more refreshed and younger so my husband say/! Lol I had my whole head dyed darker, followed by lighter highlights and then toner. Lika and Jesse made the whole experience less stressful and reassured me many times that it would come out beautiful and I truly believed their words. They were kind, patient and genuine, unlike many hair dressers I have visited in the past. Although the process was long, about 4 hrs, I was able to witness many different customers coming in from all over the neighborhood, with each customer, Lika and Jesse addressed their concerns and spoke to them like family; providing support and positive feedback and individual attention, while managing the queue. I am so glad I found them. I will definitely return. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

This place is great! I didn't know what to do with my hair. I let the white grow in having no time to do my hair. Jesse and Lika have tons of patience. They excel on what they do. They are very sweet!

First of all Lika, the owner, is such a talented hair stylist, you can freely leave yourself under her magic hands and she’ll do wonders, you’ll never regret it. I’ve tried a lot of hair dressers prior to her around Brooklyn and Queens but no one can’t top her. Besides herself, she has a great staff as well that does a great job on everything they do. @ microbladind_bylisa who not only helps on hair services, but could fix your eye brows and eylashes like no other. Jessi is also such a professional when it comes to dying your hair and blow drying them. Last but not least, on top of their proffesionalism, their hospitality is amazing as they make you feel like you are at home with their warm and friendly manners. I would recommand it to everybody. The best hair salon there is, Love them!

Love people working there !itIt is a smal boutique salon and 3 people there is amazing real artists Lika and Jessica the hairdre ssersare so patient real perfectionists never let you leave unsatisfied and Lisa the eyelash and eyebrows specialist is so wonderful like I said before real artist Highly recommend this business

Needed a haircut long over due. Didn’t want to go to my usual spot which far and so I had to do my research. This was the place. Got my medium size hair to a short haircut!!! The owner was the one who chopped my hair and she knew exactly what she was doing she also gave a nice form to my haircut without me telling her anything. There’s hairstylists who you show and tell them what type of style you want and they just do it not caring one bit if it looks good on you. It’s like she read my mind cuz I wanted that flowy hair at the front. There were 2 more employees there and liked their vibe too. Very nice ppl. Definitely my spot to get my haircut!!
