I have very short nails that I bite a lot. They still managed to make my nails look great and gave me advice for biting my nails. They are very friendly and it is an overall very fun experience! I’m definitely coming again.

If I could give negative stars I would! My wedding is in two days, I called and booked my appointment months in advance. They ended up putting it on the wrong day, and that day doesn't work as we are setting up for the wedding. Instead of trying and working somthing out with me they said there is nothing they could do. Yes I understand that this was a human error and that happeneds but come on people try and work something out with me instead of leaving me high and dry 2 days before my wedding! So if you need to go to a place in Marshall I highly recommend Knails, they except walk-ins and were able to get me and my wedding party in right away even tho they were busy! I will never ever go back to LG after this incident!

The owner is fantastic! They don't rush you through! So friendly. They have friendly discussions with you, and it's such a pleasant environment. She did a fantastic job on my pedicure and manicure! I will 100% be going back.

I had a great time today. I had someone new. I cant remember her name, but she was very nice and meticulous with both my toenails and fingernails. She took her time and was thorough. Everyone was super nice. I reccomend!!

I asked this nail salon 3 times to make an appointment and each time I verified how much they were going to charge me for a certain service I was requesting and they told me $40.00. Finally today I made my appointment and went in. Once I was done they ran my credit card for $52.00 and when I brought the calls to their attention and told them I had asked them and they had quoted me 3 times that the service would cost $40.00 they just said oh well no we gave you a better service that’s gonna last you longer now so it’s $52.00. No apologies! Nothing! I ended up giving them the 20% tip too since the conversation was loud in front of 6 other customers that embarrassed me. To me the extra $12.00 was a ripoff since I had asked for the specific service I wanted 3 times in advance. Very unprofessional. I will never be back. Charging someone more than they asked for is theft however you look at it!!

I had a wonderful experience getting my manicure and pedicure for my daughter's wedding. The staff was super friendly, and they did a wonderful job on my nails! I hadn't done an actual color on my nails (fingers or toes) in a long time, and they surpassed my expectations. Definitely will be going back!

I’m super happy I was referred to LG Nails-by my coworker. My nails were done by Michelle. She was able to fix my nails that were done by another tech at a different nail shop. She listened to what I wanted I asked. I left with a big smile and made an appointment with her. Thanks again for making me a happy client!!!!
