My nails are the worse they have ever looked. Not only could I do better, but the employees were rude. These are the worst nails ever. Do not go here.

I have been going there for nine years never had a problem. They do great nails, very fast, very professional and will always continue to go there to get my nails and Pedicure done.

I love going to LK Nails for the quality service and relaxing atmosphere. I have been going to Lee for about 10 years, and I always get the same satisfying results. The nail salon is always clean and they take great care to use disposable bags after each pedicure.

Dont waste your time. I walked in this place yesterday at 4pm. It was open and I was looking through the menu. Not a soul in there but one man on his phone. He didn't talk to me at all or look up from his phone. I stood around for a few minutes and still no one. I left and went elsewhere.

I’ve been here once before and didn’t enjoy the manicure I got. But it’s been over a year so I decided to give it a shot and got a full set and an eyebrow wax. THEY TOOK THE SKIN OFF MY EYEBROWS. I spent 70 on a full set that looks awful, I want to kinda cry looking at them they’re so ugly. The shape is off, they’re bulky and uneven. So now I’ve got ugly nails and eyebrow skin missing ☹️

Unfortunately the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The man cut my skin, products smelled really bad like a tangy cleaning supply, no effort in the leg massage, but biggest shock was the quick swipe of a pumice stone and literally left my feet feeling exactly the same as before the $50 pedicure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Worst pedicure experience in my life. Rude staff that didn't say a word. They hurt my toes when they filed them down. They also cut my toe and didn't even apologize. Paid almost $100 for 2 pedicures and I could have done a better job myself.

the service was so bad!!!! the lady didnt even ask what nail shape i wanted or if i wanted a design! i wanted an almond shape but she decided to do square. when i went to pick out my colors, the lady seemed annoyed when i picked out more than one color...even though thats what the picture i wanted had. she never even asked if i wanted a design or just one color. she said nothinggggg about the colors or what i wanted. she was just free styling it. then the guy painted them. he did a good job but he added extra lines on the side but i do like them. but he never asked me if i wanted them. the design was supposed to be blueberries but he didnt add the leaves so it just looks like blue dots. he also made the "blueberries" a little too big. to add to this, i paid $70 dollars for them which i think is just crazy. thats so overpriced for the quality that i received. i went with two of my friends and their nails came out worse than mine. one of my friends was black and she got treated differently than my other friend and i. the lady was yelling at her and was so racist. she wouldnt even do her nails correctly. this is unacceptable.

The worst costumer service I've ever experienced. I was sold a gift card in November. The person who sold it to me did not speak English or say any words to me. She just pointed to the signature line on the gift card indicating for me to sign. I gave it to a friend as a gift. When she tried to use it, she was told it wasn't valid because it was not signed by the owner. They made my friend pay. I went in to show them my credit card statement that proves I paid for the gift card. They said since my credit card didn't say "gift card" they could not prove the payment wasn't for services. I have never been to this place, or ever will, in my life. It was close to where my friend lives. The charge on my statement is exactly $100.00. Then the owner tried to accuse me of printing the gift card online - because that is where she buys them. She was extremely rude and making up anything she could to not be financially responsible. When I asked how she was going to make it right, she said "dispute it with your credit card company." There are so many reputable nail salons in the city, this is not one .

Horrible experience there today, the woman who did my mother’s pedicure basically played with our time and money. She would not add cold water to boiling hot water, she was told three times until another tech added cold water to help make the water less scalding. The actual pedicure was horrible, nails weren’t cut properly, paint all over the toes, no lotion. To top it off the attitude was horrendous, with todays treatment we wouldn’t had a better time doing a pedicure at home. We will never go back, save your money and clip your toenails at home.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST go here if you want to waste your time and your money I got there at 4:18 left at 6:10 had two people come in after me and left before me both people got pedicures which is what I also received and I had to request a different person to add a double coat because the nails weren’t even painted it was so bad that I wanted to cry literally left so disappointed spend 45$ for my nails too look so so bad literally was sitting the chair for hours just for the nails too look the way they do

Attempted the call three times to schedule an appointment and no one answered. So decided we would try to walk in...walked in and there was one person getting a pedicure. We were told they were too busy. So I will not be going back. Disappointed because I had been there 3 times before and was really taken a back at the rudeness

Best spot on the south side. I've been here twice now for a pedicure. The shop is clean, relaxed and updated and the prices are at market value. Where LK shines is the value. $35 gets you a basic pedicure with great attention to detail including a massage and a sugar scrub. The chairs are new as well. I've never had a appointment here and they always get me in quick. This is a great spot.

I have polish all on the sides of my fingers, outside of the nail bed. 55 dollars for this? I feel like I should’ve paid 35. Don’t know what the rush was there was only me and two other ppl in there. But I’m not from here so I’m trying to find a good nail place, this is not one.

I use to love coming here for my eyebrow wax but lately I walk in and there is ONE person getting nails done and they will tell me “we are busy” when there is nobody else in there, completely empty and I need to come back. This is not the first time it has happened and I definitely will not be returning, this place is a joke don’t waste your time or money.

Really disappointed. My first trip here for a gel manicure I paid 35$ for, today I went in and first off was charged 40$ for gel manicure wasn’t asked if I wanted a cut down, wasn’t asked what shape, they just did whatever until I had to repeat myself several times that I wanted a different shape and cut down. then paid 40$ dollars for a pedicure. I didn’t even get a foot massage, and their “massage” was on my legs for less than two minutes. The “scrub she just put on my legs then rinsed it right off 30 seconds later. Then charged me an additional 20$ for gel on my toes. Not worth the money at all, and seems they charge more to make money. Won’t be coming here ever again. Very disappointed

They did a great job painting my daughter's nails.... but my dip nails are the ugliest set of nails I have ever seen.... I told her they were thick but obviously something was lost in translation. They look like blobs

Worst ever. Not only is the lady in there very rude but the guy who did my nails was horrible! He cut my finger pretty bad and did a horrible job on my nails. They are lumpy, different lengths and misshapen.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They don’t do a good job on nails and still charge you if you are not satisfied. They did a terrible job on my acrylic nails and the gel looked like it was done at home. My daughter went to get her nails done for her graduation and did a terrible job, she told them that she didn’t like them and wanted them removed. They ended up removing them and didn’t tell her that they were going to charge her $20 to remove them, and still charged her for the set, so she had to pay $80. She said she wasn’t going to pay and the older Asian lady started yelling at her and demanding them to pay. We will never go back there again.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE! Did terrible on my nails. They were too thick and clumpy. i wasn’t able to see them until she was done. I didn’t like them so I asked kindly if they could take them off. They yelled at me and said they can fix them. I just asked repeatedly to just take them off. the lady who did my nails also took them off. She was super rough and cut my nail super short that I almost bled. I said I would pay for my pedicure but not my nails. They still made me pay $80 for the acrylics that I didn’t like or want anymore. They were super unprofessional when I asked to take them off and when doing my nails. do not recommend this place for acrylics

I went in for a manicure only today. They basically used smelly old sponges on my feet. To add on , when she placed the towel on my legs she left it there scarling hot & didn’t lotion my legs after rinse . I don’t know what their issue was with me. They were very rude and snobby and rushed me out. I was the last person to walk in first to come out however I still tipped and told the owner. She responds to book somewhere else. They are not clean run!!!

Very unprofessional turned me away claiming they were busy, there were maybe 2 customers inside.
