I had an extremely disappointing and damaging experience at L Hair Salon with the hairdresser Tiffany. During a bleaching appointment, she left the bleach on my hair for far too long and used a concoction that was far too strong, resulting in severe damage. My hair snapped right at the crown, leaving me with irreparable damage. I went to Tiffany thinking she was a professional with experience and knowledge...if I wanted my hair to get messed up, I would have done it myself. Tiffany also brushed my hair while the bleach was still on, causing even more breakage. She didn’t use any protective treatments like Olaplex, which could have mitigated the damage, and the bleach caused an unbearable burning sensation on my scalp. This experience has left me deeply upset and dissatisfied. I would strongly caution others against trusting Tiffany with such delicate procedures, as the lack of care and expertise has had devastating consequences for my hair.

I had my first appointment with Tiffany today and she is amazing! The salon is so welcoming and comfortable 🤩 my hair looks fantastic. Tiffany is very skilled and creative. I look forward to going back :)

Tiffany and Allie are the best mother daughter duo team! Amazing service to go to if you need your hair done! Proffesionalism is on point and you will not be disappointed. I would definitely go back there again!!!!!!!

First time there as I got there the Owner Kevin open the door and introduced himself. His daughter did the shampooing and I was loving it that massage felt great.😊 And then the haircut by Tiffany she did an amazing job. The place is so clean and relaxing all the staff was very friendly. I felt very comfortable. I found me my hairstylist that does absolutely what you want. I'll see you next month. 😊

Highly recommend. I can't thank them enough to Tiffany and her husband who are the owners of the shop of how welcoming they are to us. Tiffany does extremely incredibly work she is consistent and she knows what she is doing. She takes her time and works with you to get to what you want the most "FEELING BEAUTIFUL". Color ans cut expert for sure! Wolf cuts please see her! Thanks again to all of you. You folks went over and beyond for my daughter twice that she had seen you and I am forever grateful. Kudos to L Salon! Best in Vegas! I won't go anywhere else.

I went today, I did a bad haircut on myself. I was scared to go because I didn’t know if anyone was able to fix it. The front desk lady was so polite and outgoing, I felt so welcomed. The way she washes your hair feels really good by the way. The women that did my hair is Tiffany. After I told her what had happened she said I came to the right place. She was not wrong. She brought life to my hair again!! I was literally praying to God for this! I showed up not knowing what I wanted nor how she would fix it. But she did her work and I left with a smile on my face. I really recommend this place! It was my first time but I’m for sure coming back soon! It was an amazing experience overall.

I am so happy with the results! I have been getting my hair done here for years. Due to travel I used another stylist and immediately noticed a difference. On my way home I made an appointment with Tiffany. I sat in her chair and asked her to do her magic. Please pick color, style and give me the works. It's my pamper day so I enjoy the whole experience. My hair feels healthy, looks amazing and her company was so much appreciated. I appreciate the family environment. Storytime: I went to LA to get a haircut, the stylist chopped up my hair pretty bad!!! For a week I was devastated, my hair looked so bad. Being new in the area of Saint Rose I saw I was close to the L salon. I called and was created by a soft voice, that was very polite and understood my desperation to get my hair fixed! I arrived, easy access parked right in front of the salon. They offered me something to drink while I waited. They started with the best hair wash I ever had! My headache went away! TY beautiful! Tiffany WOW! I seriously wanted to cry at first but Tiffany made me feel hopeful and comfortable. My hair was very short already and I didn't want it any shorter if possible. This miracle worker understands and knew exactly what to do. She gave me the cutest cut I've ever had. Saved my hair! Thank you so much Tiffany! You've amazing! Your 25 year experience shows! Loved this family owned small business that has my ♥️now.

Left my hair and my brother's hair uneven/lopsided and now we look ridiculous. All these glowing reviews and I'm completely embarrassed over our hair. My hair for what I wanted was quoted at $90 and now I don't even want to go out and celebrate my birthday with my hair looking this noticeably uneven. The front top half looks awesome. Can't say the same for the bottom. This was not worth $90 and I will never go back here.

Went in today to get a haircut and it turned out exactly the way I wanted. Tiffany is great company, and has a wonderful personality. She is passionate about cutting hair, and it makes the haircut that much better. Looking forward to getting many more haircuts!

Had an excellent experience with Tiffany. My daughter and I both went in for haircuts. My daughter wanted a bob and I asked for layers. Both of us left with beautiful haircuts, and feeling well taken care of. Their services are absolutely worth every penny. We will be returning to visit Tiffany for our hair care needs.

I had gone to my stylist for 15+ years until she decided to stop cutting hair. She had moved around many times and I followed her. I was devastated because I have very long hair and she was the only one who cut long layers right and also didn’t try and cut tons of my hair off. So, almost one year passed and my hair needed to be cut. I had my mom cut it straight across but my hair is thick and heavy and this made it so it wouldn’t hold a curl anymore. I was desperate to find a new stylist. I found Tiffany on Yelp and could see from the photos that she knew how to layer long hair. I was lucky enough that she was able to squeeze me in quickly before a wedding I have to attend. I thought… here goes nothing! Praying she would do a good job on my hair. WELL… she did an EXCELLENT job on my hair! I really loved the way she washed my hair and scrubbed my head really strongly like my grandmother did (who also use to own a salon in town) I never had a stylist wash hair like that so it immediately made me feel comfort. Tiffany is so sweet and a really hard worker. Her and her husband keep the salon very clean. He works the front desk and I really enjoyed talking with him. I am soooooo beyond HAPPY with my haircut! It’s curling beautifully again and feels nice and lightweight again. Tiffany will be my stylist for the next 20 years, god willing! Thank you so much for the wonderful haircut! You are so talented ❤️

Keep loosing my hair after spending 4 hours, ask for a silver hair came out with dark gray hair , after that I lost a lot of hair, she burned my hair I have two bold spots due to to the rimes she bleached my hair , it looks like a old broom , such a bad experienced every one comment on how bad my hair looks.

Tiffany did amazing I cant thank her enough!! I am new to the area and needed to find a great salon. I had a bad past experience so I was scared to try somewhere new. This was the first salon that popped up on google so I took a chance. The environment is so lovely and quiet and everyone is so very friendly. I highly recommend L Salon to anyone. Tiffany did an amazing job!!! It took me and my family a while to find a hairstylist that knows how to execute the hairstyle we wanted and she did it perfectly. She is very talented and technically skilled in her work. Highly recommended and worth it!!!
