I love this place! I was in waiting for a service, and happened to talk to Char at the desk about an issue I was having with a product not dispensing out of the bottle correctly. I tried to get it replaced and resolved on my own, and had no luck with the skincare company. Char immediately looked into it, spoke with the representative for the company, and got me a replacement product right away. She goes above and beyond! Thank you!

Facials with Nichole have brought such significant changes to my skin and restoration to my spirit. Nichole is invested in helping me find the healthy skin I had as a youngster! I’m 59 and struggled with terrible redness, large pores, blackheads on my nose and a tough texture to the skin on my face and neck. I have done facials once a month with Nichole for a year and the changes are dramatic. Please treat yourself to the kind attention and restorative spirit she brings to your time at the Spa. The rooms are lovely, the staff are so helpful and kind. You won’t regret it!

My skin has never been better than since I started seeing Gabby for my facials! She’s very knowledgeable, honest, and so sweet. She’s created a treatment plan based on what’s worked or hasn’t worked for my skin and it’s glowing! She also helps make sure I’m super relaxed and comfortable every time. I have enjoyed many facials but none have compared to the ones I have had with Chloe! She knows her product, she asked questions to understand my skin and needs.
