I hesitate to say how incredible the deep tissue massage I received was as I want to be able to get an appointment and not have competition from others! I have had regular twice monthly to monthly massages for over 20 years and I had what I believe was a true deep tissue massage recently. Can't wait to return when I am back in the area!

Just a brief follow-up, I continue to visit L1 massage and each time I am impressed with the genuine kindness and courtesy I receive with each visit. As far as booking an appointment, Ms. Rachel gets back you promptly and is so very polite via text. The spa remains clean and immaculate and you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. My massage therapist continues to be Ms, Amy and she is absolutely the best! I always leave in a much better physical and mental state of mind. I find this very rewarding since I live a very active lifestyle. If you haven't visited this hidden gem please do so. Very Highly recommend. L1 massage provided me an excellent massage experience. The interior rooms are Immaculate and The entire facility is very well maintained. it has a very upscale feel without an expensive price. I found The communication and response from the owner Grace to be very much on time and very considerate when you need to book and reserve a time. My massage therapist Ms. Amy provided for me an excellent experience and It was very easy to communicate to her my trouble spots and she was able to provide a wonderful experience. Ms. Amy is outstanding Highly recommended!

I had a phenomenal experience with Rachel at the place, she was professional, knowledgeable and caring, she took the time to understand where my pain and concerns were and focus on these problematic areas. I left feeling so much more relaxed and would recommend her 100%.

I had a 90-minute massage here and it was very disappointing. The masseuse seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. I known she do her best, I am very appreciative that but this is a business. She pulled my hair and used her elbows on my bones, which was painful. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience. No towel. I use a blanket for cover my body while getting massage. When we got here the boss lady said they if we get a 90 min massage we can get 10% off. After we finished, she gave us 10% in coupons for NEXT use (what is this shady practice?). I had to insist on 10% on this visit. I don’t understand how this place has good reviews.

First time coming here and had a great experience. I have a very unstable shoulder and can’t move it certain directions without the risk of dislocation and the lady who gave my massage was very cautious of this throughout the whole massage. Prices are good and I left feeling extremely relaxed and rejuvenated. Will definitely be returning.

I just to love this place,the lady that I just have her bally was in my head the hole time and in my arm no to profesional,se ond the place was extremely cold I told the lady like 10 times she only brings a blanket 10 minutes befor my 90 minutes end,Im more stress than when I got there,I told the from lady and she just told me next time is better, I don't think I will ever go there, costumers service is a key for everything

Hands down, this is the best massage place in the Katy area! This place is small, nothing fancy, but it offers great massages, and you get a lot more bang for your buck; what more could one ask for if you want to get massages regularly? Also, this place offers more than foot massages, so don't be deceived by their shop name. That said, I walked in for a full-body deep-tissue massage, and it was probably the best massage I've ever had in the Katy area! From my personal experiences, I went to a lot of Thai massage or Trigger Point massage places around Katy, but they often leave me with additional pains; I guess those styles are just not for me. my stiff neck, shoulder, and back pains that had been bothering me for a while were immediately relieved. The only thing is they got super busy, so I was not able to get the foot massage, but I will definitely go back to try more of their services next time.

I took my mom here for Mother’s Day and they were very hospital and attentive to us. My mom got a Swedish massage and said it was the BEST thing. I was so happy to see she enjoyed this place. Amy was her therapist but everyone was super sweet, we will be back!

Came to L1 as a walk-in on a Sunday and was super impressed by the hour-long Swedish massage. Really attentive masseuse and lasted a FULL hour. I live out of town, but I would come back!

They have made me a regular; going for a deep tissue massage with Joan or Gigi is always the highlight of my week. You can notice them working out which muscles are tense and where the pain points are. It really do wonders to relieve the tension we get from sitting at the computer or driving too long. Thank you!
